Extremely unorganized and unprofessional. Waited over 45 mins for the sale’s associate to arrive at the store (store suppose to open at 11am) the sales associate was rude and unapologetic.

Best service and they stand behind their products.
My shower head was broken - two years of use. Went back to purchase another one, and they replaced it at no charge! Wow! Their service was so friendly too!

My experience has been absolutely great with Toronto Vanity. I have done many bath renovations for my family (son & daughter) and myself in the past. The sales staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I am a very careful and tactful person by nature and suspicious of low prices and not well known brands. I have dealt with Moen, with Riobel, not impressed with the quality and the support. I have experienced a very small issue with my Toronto Vanity purchase long after the original sale date and these guys came through with a replacement at no charge to me. I know exactly where I will be purchasing my next bath fixtures. Thanks TV. Dennis
