Transit Windsor

Worst public transit service in the country. Buses NEVER arrive on time. Bus schedule is a joke that is never fulfilled. Sometimes they arrive too early, but most of the time too late. Many times no bus even shows up. Other times there are 2 buses of the same line right behind each other. App is useless.
No one can complain because there is no customer service department.

My daughter will be taking the bus on her own, the lady at the front desk was very helpful!:)

It gets me to school and back and that’s all I need. It’s the bus what else is there to say?

The new drivers are horrible. Always on the phone and leave the stops late. I'm making a video to stop this.

Drivers are miserable and rude for the most part and they NEVER stick to schedule always too early or your waiting for seems like days

Very good bus service. Have to work with schedule to accommodate your travels to and from.

Standing room only on this bus terrible tell the kids and university students to sit down or get off rude passengers not a happy Canada day fix your busses.

Horrendous company. Action should be taken to management for the Lasalle 25 route and all bus drivers that have driven it. Plus multiple other routes and drivers in Windsor are poor at service.

It’s been an hour. Bus comes every 20 mins in both directions. Neither have shown up. No notices online, text a stop saying it’s showing up. This happens about twice a week where buses just don’t care when they show up and refuse to make any effort to let passengers meet crucial transfer times. Seeing how here bus times are divided into 20/40/70 mins which don’t add up evenly and take sometimes 4 hours to meet if you want to transfer. It’s an absolute disaster.

It is conveniently located closer to my house than the one downtown and the people there are friendly and helpful.
