U-NEED-A-CAB

The dispatcher is a rude person and I never get a taxi. I was waiting at the hospital for an hour and still did not come so I called another taxi and they were there on 5 min. Not sure if she does not like me that is why she never sends a taxi. Not impressed and the dispatcher needs to learn some manners or be fired as she is a horrible dispatcher and she does not care who she insults fire her

Worst cab company around. I used this company for 3 months almost weekly to finally getting disrespected and discriminated by a driver. Customer service sucks and they couldn't care less about my complaint. Never would I spend a cent on this company again. Call 50 they are great and always willing to help you and they have nice clean vehicles. If you can notice most of the reviews are not good on this page.says a lot about the company

My son's school used U-Need a Cab for his shuttle service to and from his co-op placement and also for a few of their school trip when he needed to be picked up early from home (which is in Callander) and they were always prompt and professional.

I would recommend U-NEED-A-CAB to anyone looking for cab fare.

I use UNAC frequently and have always had amazing service. The drivers are polite and very professional, vehicles are clean and trustworthy.
On occasion I have had to wait for a few minutes but I understand that they are busy and I am not their only customer.
Would recommend UNAC to anyone.

Worst cab service I ever delt with. Waited 25 minutes after my call to this company. I asked her if ones coming she told me with what I'd say is sarcasm. Soon as one clears I'll send one over. So for the 25 minutes I sat there no can was even called to pick me up after 25 minutes. Worst taxi service ever. Sincerely the customer that will never use your service again.

Phoned last night, waited an hour, phoned again only to have dispatch inform me that they've already picked me up and brought me home. I'm pretty sure they didn't, but when I informed the dispatch of this she didn't seem to like being told that she had made a mistake. When a cab did finally show up the driver informed me that it was a slow night. Dispatching must be a hard job.

I’ve only used the service twice, both times were very good experiences. Safe and friendly drivers. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

I admit I was driving above the speed limit but one of this company’s cars passed me with no fare in the car doing a min of 25km over the speed limit. That is the car in the picture.

I called earlier yesterday to get a ride for my mother in law after we had a server accident, and the employees are not trained or providing the right information. They told me earlier in the day it was 50-66$ and then after they got my phone call at midnight they decided to up the price to $120.

I get it that there is certain pricing for each location, but as a business you should make sure you help your customers who I had to deal with a issue an employee made

I don’t ever use taxis or cabs but this is not good business when you change the price last minute

Not even out of the house 30 minutes before i am completely cut off by a cab driver in cab #13 at the roundabout. 7: 33am. Didnt even need to ride in a cab to leave this review and i can honestly say i wont be in your cabs if this is how your drivers drive. If i wanted some excitement and to be involved in an accident while being driven to my destination then i would probably take my chances with u need a cab. Otherwise, i dont think i am going to

Horrible weather today! Although my cab was delayed, the dispatcher kept me informed, and I arrived at my destination asap, and safely. The driver was kind and skilled in such icy conditions.

Worst service ive EVER had called at 2: 53am was told 10 minutes called back at 3: 07am was told max 12 minutes called back at 330am was told i was next max 10 minutes. Then called at 346am and they said they were on the way, gave up at 346am called 50 cab (amazing service) 50 cab arrives at 349am (only 3 minutes) so i called and cancelled my cab with U need a cab, as they STILL did not arrive.

Called for a cab this past Monday and was told it would be 15 minutes and it took over half an hour which is inconvenient but fine, however the cab I got was dirty and stank like cigarettes

Lady said ride would be 25 and when I got in cab it was almost 40. Used another company to get home and it was 35.lady ruined my night

UNPROFESSIONAL AND INAPPROPRIATE! I called and asked for a taxi, asked her if she thinks I would make it for my overnight bus, before finishing my sentence she was rude and said “I don’t know, I don’t know when your bus is” I told her it was in 45 minutes. She again with a rude tone said “probably” and literally hung up the phone. Called her a half hour later apologizing for calling again and asking if she approximately knew how long the cab would take and she rudely responded “it’ll get there when it gets there” so I asked why she was being rude and she hung up on me again. Offended I called back and she picked up the phone and said “have fun walking to the bus station! ” And hung up again. This is very inappropriate and unprofessional for any person to be working in the public service especially while dealing with literally an answer without any attitude. If she hated her job that much she can easily give her two weeks notice or quit instead of giving horrible service for the company. I pity the management that they continue to let that type of behaviour in their workplace, I’ve read other reviews and realized I am not the only one having issues with her and it’s ongoing behaviour. It’s a shame management is letting her destroy their company

Called for a cab around midnight for high ball for 4 people, I was told by the women working that a van would be there soon and hung up. Called back to ask if a car would be ok since we only had 4 people she said no and hung up quickly again. Called back to confirm a van was coming and how long it would take. The women stated “it’s no longer coming” and hung up. Super rude and unprofessional. I don’t recommend this cab company at all.

Earlier today I was driving in a parking lot and a Blue Dodge Grand Caravan cab began to tailgate me. I slowed to let them pass me because I was unsure of what they were doing. The woman pulled up beside me, honked so loud, and rolled down her window to call me a degrading name and give her input about what lane I should be in. Very erratic road rage behaviour that was not warranted in this situation. Unprofessional representation of this business, I would want to know if I was the owner.

Called cab at 11 30 cab dint pick me up till 12 50 how an 1an a half wait when they said there were only gonna be 20 minutes

When I tried to call the number it was disconnected and unavailable. Hard to get a ride when I can't even order a taxi
