I have been very happy with Ultimate Pools and have used their opening and closing services for many years. Since the pandemic, I also have them deliver my chlorine. Great customer service! 5 stars ️!

A huge thanks to Brian, Sarah and the team at Ultimate Pool Service for squeezing me in for vacation pool maintenance and vacuuming, allowing me to take my first vacation in some time without worrying about the pool. They were super helpful and took the time to answer any questions. Pool reports and updates were great. Judging from the worry-free experience and beautiful, sparkling water on return, I'm glad I put myself on the waiting list for full-season service.

Consistently disappointing! Tried them a few times, bad service and rude owners. Be careful with leaving your credit card on file. Management always has a justification, a reason for their wrong actions. Interestingly their customer are often wrong.

Thanks to the team at Ultimate Pools. I needed a new pool filter, and the whole experience from ordering it over the phone, the prompt installation two days later, the clean and professional job done by Grant's crew it could not have gone better. But the real measure of a company's service is when things occur post installation. The filter was leaking. Turns out it was a manufacturing defect, the team came back and confirmed my diagnosis. Grant communicated with me during the whole process, insuring that we did not replace it with a filter from the same lot, keeping me informed of expected date. Needless to say it was a seamless experience, handled professionally and with the team giving a sense of concern, even though the nature of the failure was unique and out of the normal. Thanks again to the team at Ultimate Pools, and highly recommend their service.

We were in the market for a new pool heater, and had made a few inquiries in the Oakville area. We ended up landing on Ultimate Pool Service, and were very happy with our experience. Brian is responsive and knowledgable. The individuals who did the install were great. And the staff who work in the retail store know their stuff. I would definitely consider Ultimate Pool Service for a big purchase again in the future.
