Once in a while, when my mother and I come to the Vale Health & Wellness Centre, We see Damon play hockey for the Welland Tigers vs.the Port Colborne Sailors.

Very nice place, has the YMCA and two hockey rinks in the building and soccer fields. Also two pokemon go gyms and several pokestops here too.

We have dealt with the ladies at the desk a few times. They are so lovely.
Vale centre is a real nice place, variety of services. Many options for bookings and memberships. Clean!

Terrible selection of food who wants to eat a sub from subway at a hockey game. Do better!

Awesome facility!
Our hockey team especially loved how the changeroom is connected to the bench and the water refill station is right on the bench!

It's a nice facility however if your hosting a kids hockey tournament then you should have dedicated staff to ensure washrooms are maintained properly

The aqua fit instructor was wonderful. Kept the beat and energy up for the class
