We recently finished a complete reno on our home and are extremely satisfied with the service, quality, and best of all, the competitive price. We are from Halton but it was definitely worth the drive to see thier beautiful showroom and work with such a wonderful team. They broke down my project and helped me understand everything I need. They also gave invaluable design tips. Truly professional and definitely coming back for my next project.

Our experience with Vatero was very positive due to the very knowledgeable and helpful staff. We worked mainly with Kelly who assisted not only with the design, but also strategic selection of products to be used. Kelly was well aware of materials that came from other suppliers as well as their own. Tia provided us with several options for our bathroom layout and also assisted with a detailed demonstration on faucet features. Wils was always friendly and ready with an espresso and coordinated the logistics once the order was placed. Everyone worked well as a team. We would highly recommend Vatero for your bathroom remodeling and renovation projects.

This in an amazing store for renovations. They have a huge selection of products. We got all our bathroom renovations faucets, shower, tub, etc.from here and everything is very nice and high quality. Amazing experience! Moe, my tour guide (this is how he likes his role to be called), was extremely well informed, very well verse to narrow my options, and make the experience enjoyable rather than stressful. I am not the best shopper and very seldom spend more than 30 minutes in a store. This time I spend almost two hours and got all I needed for 4.5 washrooms.

Honestly would recommend this place to anyone doing a custom built or home renovation. Very reasonable prices and customer service is awesome.

From luxury faucets and shower-heads to toilets and bathtubs, they have everything you need to update or renovate your bathroom.

Costa and Tia were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and recommended products that fit my budget and style. They were also very patient and answered all my questions in detail, which made the whole shopping experience stress-free.
We ended up buying a new shower system, vanity faucets, tub filler, and a bathtub.

I am renovating my house and bought all my bathroom and kitchen hardware and some lights from them. They have great selection and quality products. Prices are good but their after sales service was even better. Dealt mainly with Tia, Moe, and Wils. All three were great. Highly recommend this store.

After waiting for 2 months to receive my order, my bathtub comes broken like on the image and the cover and the drain showed clearly that the bathtub was used somewhere. There was paint sprayed all over the plastic cover! And the tub was totally broken. When I asked for exchange they acted so unprofessionally and told me to wait for 10 days to receive the replacement. And the funny part was their excuse only because they did not want to pay extra for delivery. They literally said that they can use only one day free delivery for bringing items from warehouse, otherwise they have to pay! And they did not care at all that I am paying every day from my pocket because of the delay in my project caused by them. They just hang up the phone on me so disrespectfully. They don’t bother to even find any solution for this miserable service! So upset with these guys…

My partner and I had the pleasure of meeting Tia at Vatero Bath + Kitchen in search of the perfect shower faucet for our bathroom. Tia was awesome to work with and we loved that she took the time to listen to what we were looking for and make recommendations based on our style. I had an excellent time shopping for new bathroom products at Vatero. We were greeted by Mihai and he was wonderful. We really appreciated that he took his time to answer all of our questions and took us through the product range for our bathroom remodel. The quality of the products we got (shower rain head, hand hand shower component, bathtub and vanity) were excellent. You know you recieved good quality merchanidse when your contractor comments about it. For each of the items it was a smooth process from ordering to having it shipped to our house. When we are ready to do the next bathroom, we will certainly go to Vatero again.

We went to Vatero for our second floor reno. We dealt with Moe, who helped us with most of our choices. He was amazing at explaining everything and giving us various options. He went above and beyond and was so knowledgeable about all of their products. We also dealt with many other individuals (Tia, Mihai and Wils) they were great as well. We had a problem with one of the products - Wils was amazing. He went above and beyond our expectations to fix the problem. The prices are unbeatable. Very happy with them - highly recommended. We had an amazing experience from beginning to pick up.

By far one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a retailer. It took 4-5 months for the fixtures we paid for to arrive. This held up the completion of our renos for months while we had to pay for other accommodations! My husband and the contractor phoned each each day by month 3 to chase them down and each time we were told a different lie about where they were. Keep in mind, this was the single item that held up the completion of our house, costing us thousands in other accommodations.

Now, after that terrible experience can you imagine our horror when not even 3 months after installation (it is now October 2019) all of the fixtures are beginning to strip away and rust. We paid nearly $12,000 for these fixtures!

I’m disgusting that people like this are in business. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere where your time and money matter and you get the quality you pay for.

I delth with Tia and I was extremely impressed with how well she took care of me. Sometimes you have to pay high price for such great services but here I was able to get the best pricing as well. Tia was very knowledgeable and they got a huge inventory.

My Husband and I visited Vatero as we were having two bathrooms renovated. This was our first experience so needed guidance. We not only found beautiful tubs, cabinets and fixtures, but the prices are amazing and selections vast. To top it all off we received amazing support from Peter Jahasz who guided us step by step. He was so much fun to work with and extremely knowledgeable. If you want a beautiful bathroom or kitchen, shop at Vatero and ask for Peter! You will be happy you did! When you're doing your first bathroom renovation, the choices can be overwhelming: shop online or in person, multiple stores or a one-stop-shop, choosing brand names or generic, and of course, minimizing spend OR maximizing investment. Our shopping experience at Vatero was seamless, efficient, and surprisingly enjoyable because of Peter. Peter helped us in as we were making decisions, through the purchase process, and provided after-hour care when we needed it.

1. Making decisions - Peter gave us the 'straight goods' on all of the products we looked at, and talked us through the advantages and disadvantages of each "option" once we had narrowed it down. He did not push more expensive products, and make sure our stylistic choices were consistent from faucet to drain cover. He had extensive product knowledge, but also was certain to ask others when he wasn't sure.

2. Payment - Once we had our "cart", Peter handled the purchase beautifully, and helped us figure out short-term storage for items that we couldn't bring home immediately (we bought finishings in advance) because they were too big, we weren't ready, or had to be ordered.

3. After-hours: Even though we had measured things correctly, there are always things that go wrong. When our towel bar was too big, Peter found us a stylish alternative that matched our other choices, and had it EXPRESS delivered to downtown Toronto. When something wasn't perfect, Peter went out of his way to make it right.

All in all, shopping with Peter at Vetero was an incredible experience, and we would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for high quality products.

Great promos, well priced, and beautiful designer pieces to choose from. The showroom is pretty big.so lots to choose from. I dealt with many different sales people here and was happy with each and every one of them. They don't seem like sales people, more like friends and advisors. This place made my renovation process a hundred times easier. They drew a floor plan for us which indicated lighting and plumbing locations so it made communicating with our contractor efficient and error free. Can't thank Vatero enough. We had so much fun working with you guys and will miss you all, especially Pluto.

Vatero Kitchens has become my main source for both design and supply of kitchen and bath for the past year. The staff are always very attentive, resourceful, and strive hard to maintain the company's high level of service standards. They once generated an entire floor plan just to satisfy my indecisiveness between a 32" and a 34" bathroom Vanity. I have never felt like I was dealing with an operator or salesperson in a queue but rather, advisers who enjoy sharing their wealth of knowledge in design and construction.
Most of all, Tia is to be commended for her professionalism and sincere concern towards her clients. She is with no doubt, a very busy woman, but she is a workhorse with a great team that gets it done.

This place is amazing! They have so many things to choose from and the prices are very reasonable. Tia is a very knowledgeable person. When I was buying my faucet, she gave me the best advice. She knew more information about plumbing than the plumber himself. This is my dream store and I advice everyone to go visit Vatero.

We are small custom builders in Milton. I have bought lots from this company and was going to continue until lately. I bought a vanity for my custom built home paid $3800 hundreds dollars plus taxes. It’s been a nightmare from the day I received it. First the marble top split in half, silver strapping is coming off. Had a argument with Tia nasty text back and forth, finally got it changed out, had to call her again as the new marble top she gave me had a piece of shinning paint missing, took me months to get it fixed as her guy was busy.they would call me minuters before to say he was in the area most times I was not home so Tia said it was my fault that it is taking so long to fix. Silver strapping is still not fixed.

The guy came finally and fixed the corner there was a spot on the marble that he buffed out now it looks terrible, her guy denied doing the spot but I watched him do it.

I had a professional guy come look at the marble he said it was not a water stain he said it was buffed out. My husband Mike sent his info to Tia to call she never made one phone call nor did she come and and see the vanity she is blaming it on water stains How can you make a decision if you have not seen it other than I sent a picture by text that you really need to see in person.

My husband Mike spoke to Tia by phone she told him that she is having major issues with the marble and told the company that she does not want marble with the vanities anymore, she told Mike that marble stains easy in my opinion don’t sell them as it’s your washroom that you use with water daily.

One again Nasty text back and fort that I have saved.tried to get this marble replaced once again.
Her last text was I did not stain it you did now this is coming from a part owner.
Customer service lacking!

Tia offered to replace it with a different material at my cost, she said she will give it to me at her cost but her cost was more expensive than the quote I got in Milton go figure wanted to make more money off of me. I refused as I had nothing but trouble with this vanity for months. TIA IS TRING TO PATCH THIS VANITY SHAME!
Why should I pay more you guys are selling a product that is no good.

I can't think of anything they could do to make the shopping experience better. Tia was busy with another client when I called so I was referred to Moe and he was great. After a little chat he knew just what style and manufacturer was right for me. He was efficient, not pushy and never impatient during a process of buying bath and toilet items that can be very lengthy. He knew his products and was a great source of information about the different lines of models. Save yourself time and headaches and go to Vatero, they really care about you.

We completed a full addition which included two bathrooms. Mo was amazing to work with. When we first walked in we were guarded because we had many terrible experiences at all the other major stores (Taps, Tubs, Gingers) Mo was super helpful and made an overwhelming experience manageable and easy. He made logical suggestions and helped us outfit our master ensuite and teenage kids bathroom. The prices at Vatero are very competitive as well. The resilts are amazing and we LOVE️️️Our new bathrooms.

We happened upon Vatero last year while doing a main floor renovation. We were immediately impressed with the friendly, knowledgeable customer service and selection of kitchen sinks, faucets etc. Their prices are very competitive. The staff go out of their way to ensure you're making the right decision based on your needs and budget.
We've renovating our en-suite bathroom and didn't go anywhere but Vatero to fulfill our needs. They were even able to get us a vanity that fits our non-standard sized measurements that included the sink AND quartz counter. We've recommended Vatero to all of our friends.

Great service and tasteful selections. Vatero Bath + Kitchen was the one store stop for our master bathroom renovation! The manager Moe was very professional and patient. When we didn't know what we wanted, he gave us a great education of the latest trend of bathroom reno and recommended a few designs based on our measurements. We're very impressed by his passion, expertise and taste. The salesperson Jessica and Peter were very friendly and helpful too. We enjoyed our experience with them very much!
