Waiting an hour to speak to a student doctor associate really is quite disrespectful. No wonder they have signs in the office that aggression will not be tolerated. How about they respect our time like they expect us to respect theirs

Came for an appointment for my son. We saw Dr. Fitzpatrick who was so good with him. Answered all our questions. There were a few receptionist for check in and check out all the ones we dealt with were very pleasant.

If I could give this clinic 0 stars, I would. I do not understand the administrative team? They confirmed our appointment and then when I called the day of to confirm the time, they said there's no appointment for you today and then they gave me an appointment the following day. I waited the next day for a call from the doctor's office and did not receive a call. Called the clinic and they said Dr is not in today as he was too busy. I asked why was I not notified that my appointment is now cancelled and I'm only being notified because I called!

They then reschedule me a THIRD time in 2 days. This time it's in person.

UPDATE: just came back from the in person appt. They did not have the results which I confirmed with the receptionist if they have. Apparently they are behind in their faxes. Wasted my time, what a useless appointment.

Dr Kogan is a great doctor who takes the time to explain to you your issue and your options, even mine was just a very mild case. He never made me feel like I was not worth his time like some other doctors do. Knowledgeable and great bedside manners!

Dr. Garbens is compassionate and easy to talk to. Unfortunately, a lot of things people are talking about in these reviews are normal in this healthcare system. As someone who sees a lot of specialists, I'm not the least bit surprised by the incompetent reception staff, months long wait for a first appointment, the doctor running very late, or a million appointments being jammed in to each day. People who are proud of our healthcare system don't use it.

Dr shahani told me to see me in six months. I called the office to let them know what's going on with my appointment the lady called me she was so rude she needs to learn how to talk to clients
