OMG, I can't even with how amazing my gym trainer is! JB is so supportive and motivational, and has the best energy, every session! I've been having a fantastic experience with my fitness goals since I started training with him (4/5months) and I feel so empowered and confident. My local gym now for a number of years. Great people and great gym. I recently have been preparing for OFAI FPAT testing and for any First Responder training I highly recommend Sabrina Odorico. I trained with her and it fully prepared me for the physical Firefighting testing I had to do.

I always enjoy working out at Vive. The classes are fun, the employees are welcoming and helpful, and it’s a great atmosphere to pursue your fitness goals in. And I love the music they play on the speakers!

Vive gym is a great place to come whether you are just starting out or trying to continue your fitness journey. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and are always there to help lend a hand if you need. They can help you with training, physio, and in depth body scans to improve your fitness. (I spoke with a trainer named Ahmed who was very lovely and really helped encourage me). Clean space, affordable, great vibe!

The gym is very clean and has all the equipment you need to achieve a healthier life style. Ahmed Metwally is a fantastic personal trainer and extremely knowledgeable with achieving your goals.

The best money I’ve ever spent!

I’ve started going to this gym just over a year ago and I’ve got to say that Vive has forged me into the man I am today. The staff are as friendly as they can get. Unlike the other gyms I’ve been to where most trainers are just waiting to get off the clock, Vive’s trainers CARE to help you to get your BEST workout in and help you along every step of your fitness journey. In terms of the environment itself and the gym equipment, it’s clear that right from the get go, the gym has been planned out exceptionally. All weights are built with premium quality and we’re designed to have an individual’s comfort in mind.

So, if you have money on the side, Vive is the best investment you can possibly make, thank me later!

Fine, clean gym - highly recommended! Alex is great to work with, and Sabrina is a very knowledgeable personal trainer - hire her if you want the best. David is the yoga instructor, and is very experienced. This facility is well laid out, with clean personal change/shower rooms.

Great gym, the highlight by far is Michelle's boxing class. Always an excellent and intense work out. She knows her stuff and is a huge asset to this gym. Wish there was a class Saturday or Sunday.

Has everything you need, and is very clean. The only downside is it's small size. Try and go at off-peak hours, as it fills up fast.

Really delighted by this place so far! Staff I've interacted with are very helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable- Alex is a gem. Fees are simple and transparent, no sketchy dealings/price schemes like some other gyms. Gets quite busy at times but there's just enough equipment available so that there are always a few things open to use. I hope to try some of the other services (e.g, classes or physio) eventually.

My only suggestion is Vive becoming a fragrance-free space (or using heavier ventilation, maybe?). It sucks to be working out and suddenly choking on a thick lungful of someone's gross perfume/cologne cloud. You know, the kind you can taste from 10 feet away. Yuck!

Really love coming to this gym! The owner and the trainers are all very welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this gym to anyone that lives in the area!

I absolutely love Michelle's kickboxing class! I have had no previous experience with boxing and she does a great job meeting you at your skill level. Her workouts are always dynamic and challenging. Wouldrecommend for beginners.

Teaching is difficult but David does it wonderfully. He is very attentive and caters to all levels of yoga. David’s expert knowledge of body movement, techniques to improve flexibility & his attention to detail make for a great instructor!
He has the critical ability to challenge students while keeping the classes enjoyable and informative. I love his dedication and knowledge about yoga.
I am grateful to have him as my teacher.

The best Gym in Toronto! It is always a pleasant experience working out at this gym and Daniel Warwick is the best person to go to for any information regarding the gym. Great place overall.

Vive has been my go to gym for a month. It’s honestly been so refreshing to have a space where I can workout with ease. Daniel, who facilitates the training program at the gym, is excellent to work with. He is willing to listen and really understand your wants and needs for your fitness goals.

I also had a session with Jordan, a personal trainer at Vive. The man knows it all! He understood my medical issues and worked out a routine around it with ease. He makes you feel comfortable in an instant and motivated at the same time.

I find so much flexibility and freedom at this gym space. There is freedom to workout in a space that’s not very crowded, the freedom to talk about payment plans with Daniel and the freedom to be yourself with Jordan.

All in all, probably the best gym in the lakeshore area!

I started Physio at Vive last month. I had issues with neck and back pain, and my posture.

The main reason I chose vive was, it is nearby nd they cover all kind of insurance. My physio was covered in my company benefits and Vive took care of the procedure and was hussle free.
Daniel, the manager is so enthusiastic about the firm and he interacts with the members so well.

It was my first time where I go to a gym in my life. The Vive welcomed me and made me so comfortable. Now, I do go everyday.

The gym and the physio areas are so good, and clean. The members, and the employees were so cool and friendly.
My trainer for the physio for the first session was April and she's good. Then for the second session was Aneri Soni. Both of them are experienced and dedicated trainers. They are knowledgeable and explains everything well.

Hands down the best small gym for the price. Such a tight knit community here and truly an amazing set up with the space they have! Would definitely recommend going here if you’re thinking about it!

Can say 100% that this is the cleanest gym I’ve been a part of. For a smaller gym, they have the perfect amount of equipment and rarely are you waiting to use something. Also the nicest treadmills I’ve ever used. Will definitely be a member again soon.

I started coming to Vive a few months ago and it’s been a great experience so far. I’ve been training with April and she’s been amazing. She always pushes me while still taking my needs into consideration, and I’ve been seeing great results. She and the rest of the staff are super friendly and easy to talk to. I highly recommend Vive!

Just needed to leave another review for Vive - but specifically for trainer/coach April Benjamin. April is an amazing support and is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to training for injury repair. She's been helping me so much in my recovery from my rotator cuff tear, and is super good at changing things up to make sure I don't feel any plateau. She focuses on consistency and thoughtful increases that challenge me both physically and mentally. Thanks, April! I really enjoy working with you

Vive fitness lakeshore is the place to be! New Equipment, good vibes and all hard work. The staff are really nice and on the rare occasion when I’m feeling low on energy, protein bars are just given out for free (on the rare occasion lol). The trainer Jordan is a real one I always see him giving advice out and helping people on his off hours. You can tell the staff just care. Definitely get that community/support vibe from this gym. As a former semi pro athlete this gym gets my 5 stars. If you want to sign up, talk to Daniel or Michael the guys are super nice and will get you straight so you can make some gains!

Convenient 24 hour access. My personal trainer April is dedicated to my goals and knowledgeable she is amazing!

The staff is wonderful and I loved being able to come in for a workout at anytime during the day, evening or middle of the night. With the late night workouts I defiantly felt safe.

The atmosphere is great, the equipment top of the line, the staff friendly and the teachers and trainers are excellent. It's not a huge gym, but everything they do have is the best it can be. It was a welcome departure from other gyms when I first joined and I would be hard pressées to find another like it.

My experience has been amazing, I have been able to combined my weight lifting with hitt, box and spin classes. And for the price it is a great great deal, I totally recommend it!

Recently joined this gym, and it has been an amazing experience such far. The gym is very clean and follow COVID protocols. Also, the staff are very hospitable and always keen to help out in any way they can.

I have Jordan as my trainer, and he has been outstanding. Together we have created goals and a plan in order to reach them. He's very knowledgeable and always gets me motivated to do my best at the gym.

Would recommend this gym to anyone.

The only problem I have with this gym is that it is a bit small. Other than that, it is a solid gym. A little busy in the evenings but overall great. And the best part is that it is open 24/7. You can go anytime you want and workout. It has all the weights you would need as well.

Love the gym! Great location, classes, and always clean. As any other gym, some busy times, but nothing more than anything else I've seen.

I've been coming to this location for a while now and honestly, it's a quick in and out without too much of a wait for machines. Although, a smaller location it has everything that you need including extra weights and classes.

Switched to VIVE from another gym as i needed a different range of equipment.nice that its 247 as i go around 4am and its empty.good variety of machines and different equipment! Huge warm up /stretching area as well.main area where equipment is very small though so in the busier times its pretty crowded.convenient that i can have physio appts there as well! Worth the price!

Equipment is nice, place is clean. Most of people focus workout so it is really nice. If you dont there in peak time you have a lot opportunities to work out. They have up floor for personal traning which is amazing. Besides i want to mention MATT, he had personal training with him. He is very helpful and always answer questions. He helped me a lot. Explained each details. Custom workout programs.

Best gym I've ever joined!

I recently moved from a different gym to Vive Fitness Lakeshore for the better. The staff is very helpful and welcoming! Upon signing up i needed assistance with my account and Mike, April and Jordan have been professional, easy to talk to and great to deal with overall. The gym is close to public transit and easy to get to. The facilities are clean and well kept, I am glad i switched to Vive Fitness Lakeshore.

Today I was welcomed so warm at VIVE fitness. The staff are so genuine and professional. After speaking with Julian he gave me a small tour of the gym and got back to me promptly with the additional questions I asked. Great location, great service, and great time at VIVE fitness today:)

Training staff are great. Equipment is generally in good shape. Never feels overly busy, so any wait times are usually minimal. Would recommend this gym to anyone in the area.

Its an amazing gym with amazing staff. Jordan at Vive has been really kind and generous in helping me with my membership. They maintain all sorts od Covid-19 protocols in fact better than all gyms. I would recommend this gym to everyone out there in Etobicoke.

The staff are amazing. They are incredibly motivating, kind and respectful. I have been at the gym for 3 years and this year decided to invest in my health by hiring a trainer. I was paired with April, who turned out to be the highlight of my gym training sessions. I hate dragging myself to the gym 3-4 times a week, but let me tell you~ when I get to have my weekly sessions with her? The world is just a little bit brighter, and I can lift a little bit heavier. The vibes at VIVE are immaculate. As a young woman I never feel unsafe or uncomfortable training there. And fellow members are all nice. Everyone minds their business and is very polite when asking if machines are still in use. Very minimal excessive grunting and if you have the oppourtunity to make Vive Fitness on Lakeshore your gym, DO IT. Looking forward to seeing some new regulars here: D. And once again, April~ if you are reading this, thank you for being a relatable, knowledgeable, kind, and hardworking trainer. You do so much for me and I appreciate you.

Have Ethan as my trainer. Very knowledgeable and flexible with rescheduling sessions, which I really appreciate.

Takes in account your goals and knows how to motivate you to keep pushing towards them.
Sessions are great, we get things done in time without rushing or sacrificing rest time between workouts.
He from time to time switches to alternative exercises to keep the dull away.

Gym can get a little crowded at times. But never had to wait long before getting what I need, and equipment is good and well maintained.

Greatly recommend this location.

I was looking for a place where to train near my house and this is the best in West Lakeshore Avenue. The equipment is excellent. The staff is great. I’ve been training with Matthieu and I’ve noticed a huge progress!

Be careful with leaving this company your credit card info, they use the common recurring charge scam on a monthly basis. Gym is also small, busy and has very limited equipment. Avoid this place.

VIVE is the ultimate family gym: convenient, clean and has all the equipment your require. It even has classes. My entire household signed up! The staff is so friendly, polite and helpful. My trainers James and April were wonderful (I learned so much from them and discovered a new and fun way of training, without hurting myself). I would highly recommend April and her vast knowledge, as well as her amazing personality for any woman looking to find a routine which is catered specifically for them and their lifestyle. Keep Up the Great Work!

This is a great gym! Really clean and a good selection of equipment. It's nice that there is individual showers so if you're getting ready for work I imagine it's a bit less hassle.
I have been training with April, she is a total sweetheart and a perfect fit for me. She is super knowledgeable and has hugely improved my confidence.
I have also been taking some of the yoga classes, what a workout!
