Very rude, they don't treat their employees fairly, I've had students switch to langs because of a poor experience with this company, I don't recommend voyago to anyone.

I have used in other cities while travelling with Voyago my trips were pleasent trying to find information in London was not the easiest - Why the 3 stars

Dangerous driver of school van 2040. Entered intersection without yielding to traffic and almost tboned by a semi. 8: 35am 09/18/23 along Veterans Memorial Hwy.

Passenger Van: #2050 (older, female driver, wearing some type of eyewear)

Date: Wednesday, June 21,2023
Time: approximately 2.00pm
Location: Highbury & Cheapside to Highbury & Huron area

This driver was seen driving very fast. I was driving 60 km/h, and she sped past me. She must've been going about 80 km/h. Even worse, she was looking at her cell phone - which she held between her left hand and the steering wheel, as she drove. She made a right turn into Montcalm Secondary school. I hope she's not responsible for the safety of students. I was afraid for my own safety, and others on the road.

Please, please address this issue - both speed, and driver distraction, result in preventable collisions.

Unsafe and unethical.says it all! Worked as a contractor and employee for 8 years. They had terrible equipment, management, and of course vehicles. Never work for or book these clowns!

The driver at Voyago was courteous and polite but showed up 20 minutes early. WHY? So they could tack on the 50 percent waiting charge maybe? The driver drove above the speed limit and swerved from lane to lane. The van drove like a broken down cattle truck. ROUGH, DIRTY, RATTLING, DISGUSTING and UNSAFE. The wheelchair they provided was substandard. I sat the entire hour in fear and pain and I AM WARNING EVERYONE about using this overpriced and unsafe service. It cost me $250 to go from London UH to Tillsonburg in a broken down wreck. I reported the problem to Voyago customer service and they called back weeks later with a luke warm response. FIND AN ALTERNATIVE to Voyago or get ready for the worst ride of your life

Company that repeatedly shows how unreliable they are. When you call in asking why they are always late the receptionist will give any number of excuses and say she did her job. Avoid at all costs

This is the worst organization I have ever worked for in Canada. The manager and supervisor openly discriminated against me for been a black person. They literally messed me up mentally and psychologically. In short, I was frustrated out of the system. Another black guy from Ghana also narrated his ordeal there. The government should secretly carry out some investigations in this horrible place.

Taxpayers paying for services that do not deliver.literally. Anyone fed up with paying for services that strand their children at school? Someone needs to do something about this company. I guess having a public service contract makes them immune to doing a good job.

I am disappointed to learn that this transit is only for people who are wheel chair or disabled where I was told by someone who said they stop at people door.

They charged me a tonne of extra money three months later from a ride I took claiming the wait time exceeded the 15 minutes of granted time. My attendants left my side after my appointment ended within 5 minutes and did not return for almost 40 minutes as they were grabbing coffee from the hospital's Tim Hortons! Had I known I was going to get charged for they're coffee break, I would have never accepted it. I contested the charge and they never got back to me, their customer service is poorly organized and confusing, Getting a hold of certain departments is very frustrating and oftentimes leads you In a circle.

Use Circle Taxi instead! So first time we used voyago, they told me they were going to be 3 hours late, so I went NEXT DOOR to get food for my Dad, they showed up and took him while I was gone, and then charged me time overage. Second time - they first told me they couldn't accommodate electric wheelchairs, then next rep (Michael, who seems to be the only one who is competent) said for sure they do, but drivers couldn't tell him what dimensions would fit. Circle taxi was less expensive, vastly more knowledgeable about their service provision, much easier to reach, and deal with. Voyago needs to go get their nonsense together.

I would give no stars if I could. First time our family used Voyago and it's the last. The truck "apparently" broke down on the way to pick up my father for an appointment which he was a half hour late for. They were to get him at 1045 to take him back and they didn't show up. I called to see where they were and they had him scheduled for 1145. Very heartless and unconcerned. Shame on you Voyago!

*** UPDATE ***

Update on the issue we had with Voyageur Patient Transport. I received a phone call from the Operations Manager after sending an E-mail today describing the issues and lack of response. The manager was apologetic and stated he would be pulling the phone recording to review it with the team. After a bit of discussion he is refunding the entire transport with full apologies and stated this should not have happened. He offered his personal email and cell phone number asking me to call him when my Mom needs transport services again so he can ensure things are right. This definitely was a great call and conversation. We will try Voyageur again.

Terrible Service and not reliable! Had my Mom booked several days in advance for a transfer to a surgeon's appointment at the hospital. She is not mobile. 135.00 EACH WAY! So they took her credit card to get their payment. They said to just call for a pickup when she done and they will come get her.

Then The day before I get a call asking if they can pick her up a half hour later. I said as long as they can get her in the vehicle and to the appointment that is fine BUT she cannot be late and cannot miss this appointment. I was told "No Problem". So today.they show up nearly a half hour late. In the mean time I try calling and am 14th in line to be answered.never did get anyone.

YES, THERE'S MORE. So called for the pick up. Her caregiver was told it was a 2 hour wait. I called the number and spoke with the customer service person. I explained that first of all she was picked up a half hour late and was late to the hospital and was in danger of missing her surgical appointment THEN we are told a 2 hour wait. I said she paid 135.00 PER trip and this is unacceptable service. No one ever said there would be a wait like this.just call and they will be there. This cause a series of other issues including her caregivers shift end as well as other issues.

The agent stated that he could have a supervisor call me back. I said yes, please. So he took my number and said it would be about 2 DAYS to get a call back. I said, "Seriously? For a phone call about the problems and need for transport? " He said that's how long it is for seeking a refund. THEY TOOK HER MONEY FASTER THAT'S FOR SURE! Then he proceeds to state: "well if it's urgent she can call for an ambulance". OK.call an ambulance? For a patient transport That's why we called Voyageur because ambulances are for emergencies. He said well I can put in the E-mail asking for as soon as possible. I said yes, please.but today. I held in my real feelings to handle this professionally, but it was definitely difficult. That was the end of the call. They wouldn't do anything.

Moral here. DON'T USE VOYAGEUR!
