Washington Pools and Spas

Lied about the work they were doing so they could charge me more.
Also washington pools left my hot tub off with some water in it during winter and did over 1500 in damages. Their employee said he filled it and would turn it on. He lied and destroyed my hot tub.

Do NOT use washington pools unless you want to be taken advantage of. There are a lot better companies around.

Best pool company in the city! First timer with a pool, struggled with algae for the first half of the summer. Eventually came to Washington and they went above and beyond to help me get back on track. Worked with me daily when we lost the pool a week before our daughters 4th bday party and got us fixed up on the nick of time. Thanx Shannon for all your help!

Have newer liner and noticed a nasty wrinkle about 1/4 inch high, very tight and pretty long in the shallow end when opened in spring. Tried to get someone to get it out for me, one company didn’t call me back, another looked and said wouldn’t come out. Contacted Washington pools and they attended, dropped water level and worked on wrinkle until got most of it out for me! Many thanks to Ian and to his staff who attended! Definitely recommend

We bought a 18' x 36' kidney shape pool, we were told it was pretty straight forward to install, we were given the wrong instructions, had a terrible time trying to get a hold of someone to get the right ones. We needed some parts but no one ever answers the phone at the store. Very bad to no communication, when i leave a message it takes forever to get a response. Its been an incredibly frustrating experience and we're still working through it!

We are first time pool owners and have had great service from Kieren who has been looking after our pool maintenance on a weekly bases. He was happy to teach us about the system, chemicals and weekly cleaning. Always friendly and does a great job cleaning and leaving it ready for use overtime.

As a new pool and spa owner the safe has been outstanding with helping me to learn how to maintain my equipment. Their delivery service has been fantastic also!

Great place except with covid hard to get a hold of them.so we had to to different place to buy a pool pump

Front desk staff is amazing and Ian himself is as well. Helped me get my hottub going with new parts and directed me along the way. Above and beyond for service. Went to another store down the road they said my parts were obsolete. Tub works great thanks washington pools

I like to say these guys are great they helped me get the right replacement jets for my hot tub first off and at a great price. Beats the place I was dealing with before and they sold and installed the hot tub.

Our first experience with Washington Pools has been amazing! Ian was able to get his team out to look at our situation very quickly! Scott and Ken were very professional and knowledgeable and were able to determine what the actual problem was and determined why we were getting water behind a liner. They did a pressure test and determined we had a very large leak in the plumbing. We had been told by another pool company many different "could be this.could be that" scenarios without them recommending investigating further. Washington Pools will be our pool company of choice moving forward! Thanks Ian, Scott and Ken!
