Aggressive and rude driver bus # 514 license plate SHB 956
at 2: 20 pm today. Running very late picking up child in a wheelchair that was freezing in a windchill -17C waiting!
And then same bus driver took his frustration for running so late and being incompetent on another parent of that school! Yelling and swearing at that parent! Extremely aggressive behaviour! Witnessed by many parents of this school!

This company has given me the worst experience of any company, transportation or other. The past 4 years I have been on this company, nothing but issues. We keep telling them new info and they do not put it in their system. The first year I had just an overall rude bus driver. The second year I was on a bus at 7: 45ish dropping me off at 9 because it had a bunch of high school kids. Then the third year (last year) we started off with an extremely rude driver, who kept ignoring me and other kids on the bus, and also driving unsafely. When I tried to explain something that had happened to someone else, she told me to "stop making up stories. " I then got a new driver, who was fine. But then, at the start of this year, they gave me a new driver. Keep in mind there are bus issues and they usually never come the first week or two of the year. This year, I was put in a bus where the kids spit, and scream, and kick the seat, etc. Then every day I would get to school late at 9: 20. We then got a new driver, who didn't show up today. We then had a big argument over the phone, and the people on the phone refused to admit their mistakes. They kept telling me they were on their way, making me sit in the lobby waiting for the bus for 3 hours. Eventually they admitted they had sent the bus to etobicoke, but they refused to admit it was their fault. I am surprised this company is still in business.

Now i advise anyone to not let your child go on any of the wat school bus because they are not properly training they are passing people without a road test and letting drivers drive without a license so this is very unsafe for the kids if you’ll care about you’ll kids I advise u to choose another company.from my experience I already see what there doing and that jasmeka and that ugly Filipina Andrea is the most rude and ungrateful people I have ever met again parents if u want the safety of your kids choose another company they are letting anyone drive the bus even if they failed there test

Awesome place to work! Very friendly people. The company is growing and improving every day. We just got brand new amazing buses! Great people! Great place to learn and grow together. Excellent customer service.

Worst service ever, we were so happy with tdsb bus never had any issue and since we started our school this September it'd been a nightmare they don't have any permanent driver or bus. We missed so much of school. If we call them they cut the call or just say we are trying bla bla bla.
It's not fun to make kids get ready for school every morning and then to tell them that they can't go as the bus didn't come to pick.

Driver for my Grandson does uturns on dufferin street. Came close to having accident. Never uses lights and stop arm. Putting childrens lives at risk.

I cannot stress how terrible this company is. Every year it is the same issue. When you call them for an update you are being put on hold and later hung up. They never can provide any answers or solutions. Their customer service is abysmal and it is clear that they are not interested in helping their customers. It is an absolute disgrace. Poor management and no communication between drivers and agents. I have dealt with this for a very long time. Every time you try to reach the dispatcher they never return the call.

Seeing that Google only allows 1 Review I am adding to this review. If you read beyond this current review you will see last years post.

Wheelchair accessible transit.they put the letters WAT on their busses and people tend to say Where Are They? That's because they never show up when they are supposed to. I blame owners and upper level management for the absolutely atrocious service. It is either they don't give a damn or they have no idea of how to run a company, either way I strongly suggest you stay away from using this company! I have had to drop off, pick up and remain on standby to make sure that my daughter has a way to and from school. Thank God this is the last year that I will have to put up with this garbage service!

Since day 1 of the school year this company has not been able to provide decent reliable service to the school my children attend. Parents and children have been left scrambling for most mornings because they do not notify in a timely manner. When calling in to find out where the bus is they always say it si delayed even when they know they are not going to show up because there is no driver available. Out of 15 days of school we have not seen a bus for 9 of those days and complaints fall on def ears. Why don't you try guaranteeing drivers a reasonable weekly salary so that they would be happy to show up as opposed to trying to pay the minimums all the time. The service your company is providing s absolutely horrible.

Worst company to work for, buses are not maintained at all, I email Maha the person in charge and she never replies, there is a guy who thinks that he can scream and interrupt drivers when they are talking his name is Rajad, the new management came in and everything is worse, reading the reviews all those people have all the right to complaint and believe don’t think that you are calling the company to talk to the owner they don’t even pick up the phone so there is no way to get any kind of communication from them, I am a driver and just in case I am not lying line they will say is the whole true I have 10 years seniority and I been with 3 managements and this one is the worse.

My child is having a school transportation with them for years and they’re been amazing.really helpful and supportive staff.

I am shocked at all the negative reviews
I have been using this company for the past 4 years and have never had a problem
Always easy to get ahold of and very punctual transporting my children to and from school
Drivers always make the effort to contact me when she is running late even if she is just running 2 minutes behind

Our school booked three buses with all the proper paperwork, from our school to Roy Thomson Hall. They wanted, based on the numbers, to send us 3-48 seat school buses PLUS a small bus for our group, which the numbers wouldn't justify-too many buses. The day before, we confirmed that we'd only need three full size 48 seater school buses. They sent us 2 small buses and a wheelchair bus. The tried to blame an ex-employee for this even though we confirmed the reservation the day before with a currently employed person. They also refused to give the office administrator the supervisor's name to speak to about this mess up. They wouldn't take our calls (long wait times) until we call blocked and then the call went right through. Continuing on.the wheelchair bus had 3 benches for regular passengers. We crammed as many as we could safely cram into the three buses. I ended up having to split a class up, of which half could come, and have were left behind. But not to worry, the bus dispatch person told the bus driver, three minutes into the drive, to turn around and bring us back because we didn't have any students with wheelchairs! That meant that half of the class came back. At the end, only three of seven classes made it. But then they stranded two classes (part of one class and part of another) downtown, claiming we cancelled the bus-and then they told us they'd send another one in twenty minutes. Twenty minutes go by-we call for an update-they state the driver cancelled the pick up and they were getting another driver-and it would be another 40 minutes. They didn't come. The office ended up getting Uber vans to pick up students and take them back. It's now over 2hrs 15 minutes after they should have arrived back and they're still not back. After reading this review, decide for yourself if you want to have this happen to you.

I am absolutely shocked at how badly this company is run.
Currently my child is late everyday or the bus driver doesn’t wait!
No communication between bus and dispatch and parents!
It’s ridiculous!
Today my child was driven over hells half acre by the current driver (again) and again half an hour late for school! It’s like the driver has no clue where they’re going! These driver are awful!
I realize there is a shortage of drivers but to put your child in a bus while the driver uses their personal cell phone is crazy, drives up and down side streets unrelated to the route and U-Turning everywhere is scary!
This company needs to reevaluate their agenda!
