I have nothing but good things to say about this gym! Chelsi and Alisha are the best coaches ever! They are non-judgemental, easy to talk to and make you feel totally welcome. I am so happy I found whole health fitness and can’t wait to continue my fitness journey with them!

Since I started working out at Whole Health I stopped having back and hip pain. Chelsi and Alisha worked with me and my limitations and have helped me to recover. I look forward to a new year of growth with them and the fantastic trainers at Whole Health Strength and Fitness.

I recently moved into the area and wanted to join a program similar to what I was used to, and when I found Whole Health, I knew I was where I was supposed to be.the atmosphere is great, the trainers are great. Alisha Bard is energetic, personable, and helpful. Her guidance is valuable. I'm glad I found Whole Health to help me continue the journey I started 3 years ago.

I've been working with Chelsi as a PT client for the better part of a year now. I first came to her with chronic pain that I was working through but also as someone who worked on on her own 5 - 6 days a week. Chelsi corrected my form and I have been able to see huge improvements in my strength and overall physique but more importantly, my pain has been nearly eliminated.

I really appreciate how well she collaborated with my physio therapist to create and continue to tweak a plan that took all of my concerns into account. And I look forward to continuing my training with her to reach new goals for improvement.

First of all I have to say your studio is amazing and Alisha is a fantastic trainer. The culture you have created is so freaking refreshing! Having a long and mostly unhealthy relationship with fitness for years going back to a group class was a big step for me. It was all about the psychological side of it not the physical. Thank you having such a safe space to engage in fitness.

Chelsi and the Whole Health, Strength & Fitness team are friendly and very welcoming. They push you to be the best version of yourself, which has been a game changer for me. They are incredibly dedicated and genuinely care about helping each client reach their goals physically and mentally. I have worked with Alisha as a personal trainer for nearly two years now. She’s skilled and knowledgeable in a broad range of movements and exercises and cares a great deal about staying current as a personal trainer to meet her client’s needs. She holds me accountable and also meets me where I am at ensuring I progress and get a great workout no matter what. The atmosphere at Whole Health is welcoming, inclusive, and relaxed. I highly recommend Whole Health and I always look forward to my sessions with Alisha!

Whole Health has changed my life for the better throughout the time I’ve been here. I used to be so unmotivated to work out and now being in a class based atmosphere with instructors is the approach that has worked best for me. Chelsi gets to know her clients individually and is always there with encouragement and kind words. Ever since joining this gym I feel my strongest both physically and mentally. Great instructors, a welcoming environment, and a variety of class options:)

Chelsi and the entire team at Whole Health are inviting, friendly and push you to be the best version of your whole self. They offer a variety of bootcamp classes and equipment to suite your needs and are constantly trying new things- You will be challenged and not bored! The atmosphere and people working out along side you, keep you coming back. I noticed a huge difference in my fitness and overall health when I incorporated personal training along with the bootcamp. I'm so glad I didn't hesitate trying it out!

Chelsi is a gem. She is the sweetest and kindest soul, bestest instructor, always accommodating. Many more words to praise her. She has put together a great team of instructors Alishah, Brit, Danielle, Angela and others.
Found this place in the beginning of year. As a person who has never been to gym nor did any kind of weight lifting in my whole life. I was so nervous at the beginning but Chelsi and others made sure I was comfortable at every point and motivated me enough to push myself beyond my limits. Got some knee issue I was so heart broken at that time. But they always make sure I have alternate to do this made me happy, strong and confident.
Thank you everyone for helping me in getting stronger day by day.

I love training at Whole Health Strength and Fitness, its the highlight of my day. The personal trainers are a very friendly group who make me actually want to go train. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave. I didnt just join a gym, I became part of a health community committed to health and wellness. Chelsea has changed my life for the better, never thought at the age of 50 I would be going to a personal trainer that has dedicated her time, knowledge, compassion and is encouraging me to keep on going and not to give up. Ive had back problems for years and there are days that my back is not good and Chelsea takes the time to modify my workouts. I am truly so thankful for Chelsea helping me change my life at the age of 50. If you decide to get a personal trainer Whole Health is the place to join. Chelsi creates a welcoming environment for everyone at varying fitness levels. I am always impressed with the high degree of Chelsi's personal interest. Throughout the last year, Chelsi has done a great job at adapting to necessary safety requirements at the studio as well as offering Zoom workouts that are fun and engaging. I have also had the opportunity to take classes with Angela, Tyler, Britt (Spin) and Danielle (Yoga). Each experience has been a positive one. Whole Health; Strength & Fitness will keep you challenged and motivated!

I've been going to this gym for a year and a half now. Chelsi is the best trainer I have worked with to date. She makes sure you are comfortable with the workouts, positive reinforcement and encouragement and really makes you feel great about exercise! Cannot recommend enough.

Going to Chelsi she has made me feel more confident when it comes to working out and stepping outside my comfort zone! Due some health issues I had experienced in the past few months it has made me unable to work out for the time being. But that has not stopped Chelsi from checking in with me, seeing how I am doing! She also has sent me some great recommendations for the time being until I am able to join her in the gym again. Whole health fitness is like no other around, they have such a welcoming and warm environment! I have been to different gyms but this by far has been the one I look forward to go to each appointment! With the whole health fitness you are apart of one big family, everyone supports everyone and you never feel judged! Chelsi and her team have created something truly special! I can’t wait to get back into the gym! Chelsi won’t kill you with the work outs well she might but it will definitely be worth the pain!

I found Chelsi at a time where I was ready for a change. I had come to terms with where I was at and needed to do something different.

She is super knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and pushes you just the right amount to help you make changes. She holds me accountable to my workouts and is always encouraging when I am ready to give up during a workout.

Highly recommend her to anyone looking for that next step in their fitness journey! Cannot express how happy I am with her as my trainer!

It's not often that one finds someone with such a passion and dedication to help others to improve their mind and body as Whole Health Chelsi is to her clients.

One great thing about WHC is how knowledgeable she is about body mechanics and finding out what works best for each individual. WHC looks at your needs and customized meal plans and training accordingly to those needs.

Another great thing about WHC is cares about your mind and spirit, by constantly sending tips on how to deal with stress or achieve your goals each day.

WHC is a great place for anyone that's ready to make a change in their mind and body, even if you are not 100% ready WHC will get you started.

I started with Chelsi in June 2018, she has changed my life for the better! I honestly cannot thank this young woman enough for all of her hard work and dedication with helping me get on track to a more healthier lifestyle. I now eat healthier, attend yoga, spin classes, small group fitness classes, workout twice a week with Chelsi and hit the gym on my own as well. I originally went from barely making it in twice a week to workout with her, to working out 5-6 days a week. Chelsi works diligently to help keep her clients accountable in and outside of the gym atmosphere. She has helped me to feel confident again and provides a magnitude of knowledge about diet, fitness, mental health, and lifestyle in general.
