Just the worst delivery company on earth, they show up late, don’t do their job probably, no helpful. The amount of times they said “not my job” was at least a dozen. Not shopping at Lowe’s anymore
The drivers were very helpful and polite and all my packages from IKEA are here and undamaged. Both of them made sure to use masks and social distancing. Thank you so much for the fast and professional delivery!
They seemed to not know the area, judging from the fact that the tracking website showed them not taking the direct route, but I am also aware that the house number on my house is hard to see from the street.
Unreliable. Avoid at all cost. When the driver says he will be there in 5 minutes, expect an hour. When the driver says he is waiting for dispatch, don't bother waiting. They will leave without a word and you will actually have to call XPO to hear that the delievery is cancalled by Ikea. Things get more interesting when you call Ikea and and they are not aware. All they do is lies, not even excuses.
This company is completely unreliable and the drivers are even worse. I had an issue with a rude driver and no delivery, I called. Was told they would call me right back. No call. I called back again the next day and rescheduled it. Next day, the same delivery driver that was rude to me called to harass me about my complaint. Not only did he harass me but it is disturbing that he had access to my personal information 2 days later. Needless to say I cancelled my delivery, I do not want anyone from this company at my home. I reported the incident to Ikea as well, they are well aware of the reputation of this company. No idea why they use them. I'll never order anything from Ikea's website again. I also have still not received a call back from the managers at XPO. They didn't even believe me until i sent the screen shot of his incoming call to me.

Would give 0 if I could! Have not received any of my order. So far they have Once marked it as delivered, once mistaken as a pick up and once just totally forgot! But every time they tell me "We can't get in touch with the driver" and "We will give you a call back when we get an ETA" (They never call back).
How does a delivery service such as this mess up so many times. I'm on the phone with them as we speak and just had them ask if they could call me back as he is trying to get in touch with the driver and its taking too long. I am about ready to drive there to pick up my furniture!
Worst service ever. Our delivery was supposed to be 5-9pm, and no one showed up. We called to follow up and they said their truck broke down. They weren’t going to bother informing us and wasted our evening. We are cancelling our ikea order and never ordering from there again due to this third party delivery service.
Absolutely terrible company, deserves 0 stars. If you need something from Ikea and you don't have a car, just buy it in person and cab it back home instead. You do NOT want to deal with XPO Logistics. Scheduled FOUR failed mattress deliveries, and each and every time for some reason the mattress has failed to leave the warehouse due to either 'driver ran late', 'truck did not have capacity for your oder, ' or a generic excuse in the form of an 'internal error'. Ikea - you've made a terrible decision in contracting out your services to XPO.
As many others have said, I would give them zero or less. Delivery to new unfurnished apartment scheduled for 9-1 tomorrow and task rabbit coming to assemble after all through IKEA. They call tonight and tell me they can't do it because of some truck issue. Ikea hasn't been helpful at all. I am beyond angry and inconvenienced. Now have been on hold with IKEA for 30 minutes even though they said they would call back within a 3 hour period.
Everyone in the comments doesnt even know this is not the last mile xpo division. This is ltl so all your bad comments are to the wrong location, they are different businesses. I worked her and I loved it. I was like family and I was so sad to leave.
If you could give 0 starts, I would. XPO Logistics scheduled two delivery dates and both times the driver refused to drive to Barrie to deliver my mattress. Each time, I got a call like "OHHHHH it's in BARRIE? !? ". I mean, can you not read?
Ordered 10k worth of kitchen, assured will show up today at 2, then called every hour and at 8pm told me they canceled the shipment, xpo delivery company is the worst and i dont even know why ikea is using these guys, mayne bevause they are cheap or something, never never never use them
3 times as of today have failed to show up and deliver my Ikea order. Not only that but have claimed it was delivered which Ikea dutifully marked in their system. Now I have to prove I never received thousands of dollars of furniture if I ever want to get a refund. Terrible terrible delivery service, irresponsible, rude, don't care and don't show up but claim the job done!
Ikea order.reschedued twice for "truck was down" and "driver runing late". Late for the third time. After moving everything in they forced, threatened me to sign the form right a way. I said wait a minunite I need to go over everything and they bully and refuse and started moving everything back on the truck. They also yelled at me. They also told me that call ikea tell them I am rude and I don't care. Yes. I called Ikea to complian. I called XPO to complain and their customer service reprensentative is even worse! That attitude is disgusting like they have gone through this many times a day. It's just their daily life. Unbeliveable.
