I’ve been going to this gym for approximately 5 years now and I have had nothing but positive experiences while being here. With very positive and helpful staff, one feels valued and heard. Throughout the years, having had multiple experiences in different departments of their facility, staff never fails to help determine the best possible outcome for you. Great company amazing staff especially my trainer Natlie her workout not only pushed me to limits I never thought I could get to but I also felt the benefits after in my day to day life and in other activities I was involved in I feel way more smother and stronger in all my movements and I’m always excited for our next session! Best gym in the city it’s not even close.

Xtreme Couture has helped me push myself further than I thought I could go. Mike has been an excellent trainer and taught me a lot about form and techniques for lifting and he’s just awesome. Very friendly and helpful staff, would recommend to anyone looking to better themself.

I recently joined Xtreme Couture gym with my husband & brother & they truly impressed us. It was a fantastic experience introducing us into MMA. The instructors incredibly knowledgeable and talented.

The staff members are friendly and always ready to help. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcome and supported. They are available to answer any questions and make sure you have everything you need.

Xtreme Couture also has a great community feel. The atmosphere is inclusive and supportive, with members encouraging each other. We have improve our fitness, learn self-defense and made new friends.

A big bonus, is the variety of different fitness classes available aside from MMA- yoga, cross training, spin, core training, Zumba … which is great to stay active & learn new skills

Best gym in Toronto.

The gym made me immediately feel like family. It is not pretentious and super professional, there is an expansive selection of cardio equipment, weight training equipment as well as cross training to get you whatever workout you need. Lots of great classes like kettle bell, yoga, spin, and Zumba if you like a group setting! Not to mention the MMA/boxing/ and Muay Thai training they are leaders in!

Do not hesitate to enter this gym to start your journey, no matter your fitness level. Steve, Natasha, Jerry or any of the staff would love to help you. They are all amazing. I am so impressed with how personal the service is, geared to my own needs and challenging me in the way I personally asked for.

The people and instructors are nice however the gym itself can really use some update. The mats are falling apart but it just gets taped down, the plates and weights are always everywhere and disorganized and there not enough clamps for the bars so you are always walking around to find one.

I have been a member of xtreme couture for a 2 months now and I have nothing but great things to say about it. I have grown so much as a martial artist, gotten to work with amazing people and coaches. And everyone on staff is so nice. It’s amazing that this place has everything you need to train - from a traditional gym with machines, weights, ect, to the mats, cage and ring for martial arts.just such an all around good place, I would recommend to anyone.

I've been coming here for over a year, and I am in love with this place. You can do any kind of martial arts, and all instructors are qualified and professional. The weight room has everything you can ask for. Everyone is kind and always available if you need anything, they make you feel like part of a family. Love it!

I signed up at Xtreme Couture a month ago and I’m really pleased with my decision. It’s a great gym with friendly staff, the classes are fantastic and it’s overall a great atmosphere. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to get in shape and change things up.

This gym has it all. If it's weightlifting, yoga, mma, muay thai, kickboxing, boxing etc.then this is your gym.
The staff are great and the many person trainers are phenomenal!

This gym has lots of good group classes and friendly trainers.
They are very accommodating with membership freezes changes and etc.

4 months ago I walked into this gym and was immediately greeted by some of the nicest people in gym culture I’ve ever met. I wanted to get my physique back to where it was and with the help of personal trainers Ken and Sandy, I was able to get back into shape extremely fast. The men and women at the front desk always say hello and know me by name and seem to know everyone else in the gym by name which is amazing to see. Highly recommend this gym and will be coming back next summer!

Always had a good experience with the trainers I have worked with. Prices are competitive.
Since I only train in the afternoon I can't speak to how busy it is at other times but it is easy to access the equipment I want when I'm there.

Equipment kept in good shape and always working properly.
No attitude from meatheads, and a good overall vibe. Don't do any of the classes, just weights and cardio but classes and MMA seem popular.

They offer many classes for the kids. It’s impressive. Great programs, great teachers, awesome staff, friendly atmosphere. Very much satisfied with their service.

My experience with extreme is 100% proof physical exercise that i enjoy with the helping from the staff that very helpful with the daily of stressing work that is being done daily where the body tends to break down due too the body's energy through out the day. Energy burn out due to Lack of the bodies physical need of muscle stemina through the day.

The kids' programs completely transformed my daughters and gave them a lot of confidence. They are missing their time at Xtreme during the pandemic.

For me personally, best boxing gym you could ask for, good coaches, good teammates, good drills, nice atmosphere

I came here barely being able to walk after a broken ankle and never having worked out at a gym. Nina is my trainer. She is flat out amazing. With her I got so much more than a work out. Due to her kinesiology background, she understood my rehab needs better than I did. She and my physio exchanged messages (through me) and worked together to help my recovery. Ankle completely fine now. I hate to see her become less available as a result of my review but would short-change her and the gym for not singing her praises. The gym has a friendly vibe even if you are not one of their usual body builder or MMA patrons. It feels like an inclusive and non-judgmental place to work out no matter your age or level of ability.

I'm wondering why muay thai with Paolo is not more often, it's only 2 times a week, which is not enough,

This is a top of the line training facility. I just love the way they did the finish on this place, it doesn't feel like an old warehouse at all. Everything is very well maintained and in tip top shape. The mats are in really really good condition, they are always exceptionally clean! The tape in between the mats are always properly done so you dont get your toes stuck and so it doesn't get filthy. There are only a few leaks comming from the ceiling. The shower facility and change rooms are sustained beautifully (you get a warm feeling walking in). All of the gear and equipment is in working order, clean, and smelling terrific! The trainers and staff members are so friendly, they will be happy to sign you up for a membership!

This gym is absolutely amazing! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the gym has amazing equipment and classes, I joined this gym a few weeks ago and It has really improved my fitness, I also took the wrestling classes here and coach sanchez is an absolutely amazing guy and he really helped me build up some skill in wrestling. I would definitely recommend joining this gym, you will not be disappointed at all!

Great gym. Trained with Bailey.exceptional motivator. Really understands exercise to help accomplish my personal goals. Did boxing with Thomas and had another great experience. Really pushes me to my limits and doesnt respect trash work ethic. Never had a better experience from a gym than Xtreme Couture

This is a fantastic facility and it has wonderful staff. Probably the best gym out of all the chains and private clubs. Everytime I go in it’s super clean! The staff is good, but I must say JASON is beyond amazing! He was able to provide me with a good membership and answered all my questions that I had.

This place is awesome. I got a membership and did the kick boxing class for 2 weeks straight and just last week i beat up someone in the parking lot for taking the handicap spot.

Wow, what a serious gym this is. So many machines and weights, the other half of the gym is for boxing. Mike ended up helping train me and assessed my capabilities - you don't get this gym downtown. It's a REAL gym with everything you'd need, I'd definitely recommend this place for anyone interested in starting their fitness journey. The people here know what they're doing and they'll help you surpass where you want to go.

Extreme couture is a great family oriented place. Its the first gyn I've ever joined where I felt like home. Happy 11th anniversary! Yay

I've been coming to this place for years and seen faces come and go from here all the time. The place has a good selection of weights and machines, but what i really enjoy is there emphasis on functional training at the back of the gym. They have tires and kettlebells and even monkey bars! The mma side is spacious to train in if u are into jujitsu and boxing. Both members and staff are easy to approach and helpful if you have any questions and go beyond their mandate to make sure you are satisfied with the answers and solutions they provide. Keep up the good work.

Terrible. Worst experience ever, and unreasonably expensive for what you get.
I attended Xtreme Couture for about a year for fitness and boxing. It was not the first time I had attended a boxing facility. I had been boxing for a while prior so I had experience, but wanted to try Xtreme Couture because I thought they had exceptional coaches. I thought wrong. In fact it was one of the worst experiences I had ever had with a boxing gym.
I can not comment on the quality of the other combat sports they teach, but I can comment on the boxing and fitness. Both of which were terrible and over-priced.
The fitness area frequently had equipment that did not work for long periods of time. A few weeks, usually.
The boxing was abysmal. The "coaches" did not seem to be very knowledgeable of the sport. Often attempting to teach outrageous techniques to hide their lack of knowledge. None of them knew the rules of the sport, which is something that coaches should know.
Training their boxers involved throwing them into a class, quite often mixed with beginners and doing repetitive drills, again likely to cover-up their lack of coaching abilities. Classes are for beginners. Competitive athletes need independent attention.
I improved little while I was there. As a matter-of-fact, after finding a better coach, my new coach had to "fix" the damage that the Xtreme Couture coaches caused.
In addition to all that, I had prepaid for 24 sessions of one-on-one coaching, which was useless, but they didn't honer all of them. They still owe me four sessions, totaling $300. I left because, despite the terrible coaching, I was removed from the team. Their excuse was that I had been "suspended", but after doing some research I discovered that it was not true. Therefore, cancelling my membership was not my fault and i should have had the $300 refunded.
Overall, do not take up boxing at Xtreme Couture and definitely do not prepay for personal sessions.

Wonderful place to learn about boxing, muaythai and BJJ.all the instructors are very friendly and passionate about the art they teach. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who wants to change their lifestyle for the better while acquiring new skills. 5 stars

This place is unpretentious, high energy and just great all around. Jerry was a very informative and helpful rep and he set me up with Paolo for PT. Let me tell you I thought i was in great shape in my early twenties but I have greatly surpassed that at the age 32. Definitely recommend them!

Do not trust the good reviews you see. They are fake.
This place does not come to the terms of agreement, it only wants your money. I took a transfer from someone else and the contract stated that it ends september 28,2018. Guess what, they continued charging me even after. I was shocked and disgusted how unfair and terrible their attitude towards customers was. Other people also experienced all sorts of financial troubles with this gym, like I said they are unprofessional and inaccurate when it comes to billing and terms of agreement.

I totally hate this gym and would never recommend anyone to come here. Gym looks like it needs complete repair and maintenance, changing rooms and the facilities overall are deplorable.

Avoid at all costs

I'm a high school student with a very busy schedule, and (previously) very little exercise experience. I've been a member for over 6 months now, and have had nothing but positive experience with the staff. Since working out for a little over 2 months with a personal trainer (who was very knowledgeable and would call to check up, say hello, etc.) I am able to confidently exercise on my own time since and continue to stay motivated. I can certainly say I'd do it all over again and would recommend this gym to others. Thanks Xtreme Couture!

What a shame. I was booked to have an introductory session with Jay last night at 5pm. Showed up early, and waited until 5.20pm, still no Jay.
Receptionists didnt seem too bothered either. Not the way to run a business. Don't bother going here. Go somewhere that they care about recruiting new clients.

Rude, condescending staff especially the manager. Overprices with equipment which is constantly out of order. For the price they charge the gym should be maintained better. Avoid this place!

Fantastic gym that facilitates many methods of training from boxing to hot yoga and crossfit. The trainers are super knowledgeable and maximized my physical potential. Jerry and Mike were awesome and were able to customize a work out Plan to help me reach my goals much more efficiently than expected.

All I can say is that I love this gym. I’ve been coming here for years, and got my kid ding MMA. I went from fitness to MMA and I’m living it.

The staff are welcoming and friendly. I enjoy my workout and they have child care available. A great experience every time.

Instructors and staff are top class! Changeroom showers definately need an upgrade. No air conditioning.
