I just went to this Yogen Fruz in Hillcrest mall, there service was excellent and very friendly place to go too! I would definitely go there again

White Male working there in his late 20s dark short hair was working today with a woman and a Asain teenager and it’s astonishing how a teenager has better costumer service than this man aNd yogen quick tip if a costumer asks to have their yogurt a specific way GIVE THE COWTUNERS WHAT THEY ARE ASKKNB FOR ANS PAYING FOR.

The new owner is extremely rude. I assume it is him from how stingy he is with the toppings. I have been getting the same order for years and ever since micheal sold this shop whoever took over is more worried Abbott some toppings rather than keeping a costumer. Treats his costumers and employes horrible. If we’re paying 10 dollars for a cup of frozen ice cream don’t be afraid to give me more than a couple mochis when I have asked and am paying extra. Cheap places loose customers as I was a daily costumer. Do better yogen!

I purchased an Earl Grey Milk Tea from here and received a bubble tea without any milk inside. Although I had waited 20 minutes for this order, the man working did not provide any attention to my incorrect order and in fact brushed it off. In fact after I changed my order to a Strawberry Milk Tea, my tea started to dissolve and separate and give out white chunks. It was too unappetizing. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I pass by yogen fruz often to get a smoothie. I went on Monday and found the place to be extremely unorganized and dirty which made me turn around. Not to mention I saw the way the owner was treating his employer. Looked undermining. The environment does not feel the same.

Pina Colada smoothie was great and the lady working the counter today was nice and helpful.

We came here right at opening, and the staff went above and beyond to serve us in a timely and friendly manner even though they were still busy opening shop.

The store provides exceptional customer service. I purchased a banana yogurt with cheesecake bites (strange combination) but the employees happily did it for me. Kids also got cookie dough ice cream and strawberry ice cream and the staff were generous with the scoop portion. Overall would recommend this place for high customer service and delicious treats!

I have always had a positive experience at this location- friendly staff, clean environment and delicious treats!

Honestly this place is so good now. They have amazing items on the menu that the old management never carried. One of my most favorite items is the popping soda (I believe it’s new). It’s fizzy, thirst quenching, and the mango boba’s are literally the best tasting item! The service is also quick. They always have good staff working there and I absolutely love going there now.

I had the best experience with my daughter and mother. We were really thirsty and asked for a cup of water. The associate was really kind and gave us a cup. We then ordered three kinds of Yogurt and the girl was just so pleasant to deal with. She had a smile the whole time and made us feel really special. Customer service is so important nowadays and it makes a difference when people are kind to you. Along with the great desserts they have a great staff there. Thank you for making my families day a great one.

Good customer service but they always leave a gaping hole in the middle of the yogurt cup? I wish they added more or didn’t make it look fuller than it is lol

I purchased the strawberry cheesecake medium yogurt and kale avocado smoothie. I was greeted by a young lady with a smile and she took my order with extreme care and diligence. She was efficient at getting us our product and it tasted great!

Had a great experience. Friendly staff and delicious frozen yogurt. Strawberry shortcake yogurt was my favourite.
