Purchased a faucet on line. Went into the store to pick it up. The gentleman was extremely pleasant and it was a very easy process. Will definitely order from York Taps again.

Great customer service. Good prices. Hasan went above and beyond with the suppliers. Very knowledgeable I’m happy with the service. I will be coming back when I’m ready to do my other bathroom.

Amazing customer service. We bought our shower heads from York Taps five years ago and when we came back recently to look for a part, they were able to find our order in their system and help us source the broken part. Shout out to Ali for going the extra mile.

We saw a 3 door vanity on their website that was within our budget. I called the evening prior to ask if it was in stock and was told that it was and in various colours too.
When we got there the next day we were told that the cost for the 3 door vanity was much more than what was listed on their website, and that the price we saw was for a 2 door vanity, yet they have a picture of the 3 door vanity on their website.
We then felt pressured to buy the higher priced vanity which was NOT within our budget.
We drove one hour to get there only to be lied to. They are dishonest and deceitful. Avoid this place at all costs!

Would not suggest. My contractor ordered a shower kit without notifying me and I also ordered the same one. Upon finding out, I wanted to return the duplicate, so I emailed them. They wanted to penalize me 25% of the total even though I already kept the initial one. I suggested that I exchange instead to avoid this since I still needed a kitchen faucet (although I was going to purchase it in a few weeks) and they told me over email they would not charge me the "restocking fee" in this case (whatever that means). When my mom actually went in to exchange for me they still wanted to charge $70 PLUS tax restocking fee instead of 25% (And something about store credit but I am not going to be lured back in with sketchy practices just to force me to use the credit). This is actually ridiculous considering I am giving you MORE business. Why would anyone want to shop here again after this in case something does not work out again? Obviously I would go else where. In the end I decided to lose more money just to avoid giving them more business (and cancelled the exchange). They also charged the 25% on the TAXED total, not even the item total. Clearly they prey on people who cant afford to lose money but they got the wrong one and lost a willing repeat customer.

I can't even rate this store with stars because there aren't enough low star to go around I can't even call it a store the owner and staff are liers and cheats they don't give you all the facts then expect you to pay for something they now hold and that I paid for then reselling it at my expense for double the profit. Nice way to do business. I feel sorry for me that I even spent my hard-earned money there. Good luck to anyone who thinks of going there keep your wallet close to you that's my advice.

I called from Burlington to this store on Friday before Thanksgiving day, and I asked the person to inform me about the vanity sink/ basin's depth. And he told me it is 6 1/2" deep. So I drove there Saturday morning and when I saw the vanity it wasn't even close to the depth he had mentioned. The person was not honest about the product and clearly deceived me.

I ordered a shower kit from York Taps online. They were nice enough to send me the valves before hand since my kit was back ordered. However, the date for the arrival of my shower kit kept on getting pushed, with no warning from customer service, despite me making multiple phone calls to make sure it was on time. I always dealt with Jasmine who was super helpful and respectful. She helped me resolve the problem quickly. Overall very happy with my shower kit. It is beautiful.

Ordered replacement part for a kitchen faucet online but received the wrong part. They sent an incorrect adaptor to rectify but it didn't work either. Running out time I got my parts from Taps (Lawrence Ave).

The guys working there are very responsible and very hard worker.
Specially Thanks to "Kal" who helped us a lot to find proper vanities for our home with the reasonable price and a very good customer service.

I was able to purchase a particular shower kit from York Taps that I could not locate anywhere else (during this time of limited stock and long special order wait times). Kal exceeded my expectations and was both knowledgable and helpful! I will definitely recommend!

We wanted four dual flush skirted toilets for our bathroom Reno project and found exactly what we were looking for at York Taps. Kal was superb at answering all our questions about each one and also helped us choose a vanity and faucet combo that was of exceptional quality. When one of our toilets was cracked upon opening, a quick call to Kal and we were able to exchange for a new one right away even during a lockdown. Amazing service! Highly recommend!
