This goes to the bus driver for the 24 northbound bus that arrived at Hwy 7 at 9: 42 AM on Monday March 6th, thank you and a few other drivers I recognize that keep up with schedule and respect the passengers’ time.

Gave prompt and clear directions that are usefull to my situation.

Had the worst experience today with YRT. With special heat warning no AC was working on buses 90B (1503 & 1507). In addition to it, the backdoor on bus 1507 was malfunctioning and was not closing, so it took the driver some time to manually close it. Am I paying more than $4 for this?

In the last very trying year the drivers and staff have shown all the passengers compassion and respect and truly helpfull

Good and bad but most of it were bad.
2 bad scenario's I've experienced.

Drivers are very nice but.

January 2019: on a very cold day -15 C. I was transferring from 20 Northbound to 4A Westbound, I literally missed the 4A bus and I checked to see how long the next bus comes and it doesn't come at least 45 minutes later. THAT'S SO LONG. I LITERALLY ALMOST FROZE WAITING THAT LONG! ‍️?

December 2021: Transferring from 4A Eastbound to 20 Southbound. Same thing happened but I had to wait another 25 minutes for the next bus.
They barely have any service on any route. That's pathetic! I wish the service frequency can be better just like the TTC.

They are always late and once a car scratched a yrt bus n the driver completely stopped driving n left us stranded in the middle of nowhere and I had to catch a taxi to reach at my work place as the other bus takes 45 min.

Today at 10: 10 Am I was waiting 15 minutes for the bus number 5 in finch station, while bus arrived, I went front of the bus to ask a question, driver was a lady right the way yelling at me said “noo”
and closed the door on me, I shaked my hand, again opened the door, I said “ I wanted to make sure you go through the clark avenue? ” again yelling at me
“I don’t know”and closed the door.then left the station without say anything, I checked the screen on top, again message was for more 29 minutes waiting time, I bought ticket for $ 4.25, without using. 45 minutes waiting, It really doesn’t make sense in the cold weather and aggressive driver and awful service, really disappointed with YRT today.

Stop letting people like this without a mask on the bus. Its called a GLOBAL pandemic. Both men in the back of the picture were calling me names just because I moved after he sat DIRECTLY NEXT to me and my partner. And the bus driver did nothing about it.

I'm on the 85 Rutherford right now. 7 people. 8 with bus driver. Only Me and another gentleman wearing mask. Bus driver told me oh well, nothing I can do about it. Guess I'll start using my car or bike. Trying to help local. But most don't care.

Bus drivers lie about schedules.take more passengers when they shouldn't. I waited over an hr for a bus in the mid afternoon.do you guys wanna get sued for not following social distancing regulations.because you guys could.no excuses

I took pink, the odour was kind of dusty, left the bus 2 stops early. My respiratory organs are still trying to heal themselves. I am serious, they should be vaccum cleaning the buses. Especially the back portion. I am giving 3 stars because I hope they will hear our problems and act upon it.

Get your officers to stop jerking each other off while there people selling stolen buss passes at finch station your officers are a waste I. The uniform they wear.

Every bus on any route I've ever been on has been extremely late if they show at all. If you contact customer service to complain about it they are quick to blame you even though you've already paid their outlandish fee.

Get it together YRT. You see five of the same buses completely empty in a 20 minute span and everyone is waiting outside cold for an hour for the same bus to go home. How in the world is your transit the most expensive in the GTA. By far the worst in the GTA.

I don’t understand how the 33 and 33A ALWAYS. I mean ALWAYS end up late. Not enough people are ever on this bus to make these busses so late. I take either of these busses everyday on my way to work and they are always freaking late. What do these bus drivers do? Drive at 20km/hr? Even the viva blue is faster than these busses and the viva blue is such a busy bus!

They put big buses for less people and small buses for when there’s a lot of people. Seriously. Common sense.

Never on schedule. Never ever. Whether it's heavy traffic or no traffic, they are in the station later or sooner than scheduled.

Though inaccurate and infrequent schedule are always the case, many drivers are good and polite vs TTC.
However, i couldn't believe that 2 passengers waiting at the bus stop of route #4 today at stop #1668, to see the bus driver not stopping for them, instead, waving at his coworker in another bus that was #4A.
Did he know what duty he had?
What he did had wasted the 2 passengers 30 minutes of time to wait for the next #4A bus and be late to the destination. 2 × 30 minutes = 60 minutes of time via such an unprofessional bus driver. Extremely low standard. The 2 stars, instead of 1, is for the other drivers, i would have given a 1 star since 0/5 was not available otherwise.

I was ok with the poor schedules and lack of buses as york region is much larger and less populated than Toronto. But removal of the direct Express route to york university is far and away the dumbest thing they have ever done. It's like they don't want anyone to use their service
