Decent enough tea but the wait time is ridiculously long and the milk teas are sometimes warm.

The drinks are always very tasty!

I do wish there were more staff working as it is often quite a long wait since they usually only have one person working there at a time.

My very first time visiting was very welcoming! Staff was kind, and there amazing designs! It's a clean and lovely boba shop and I will be visiting soon!

We like chattime and we are regular customers. But the owner waited on us and he is not a pleasant man. He make a mistake on our orders, he won't make a new one, he won't refund the money, and very insultingly raise his voice and said to us drink it. Which is the wrong order that he made.

I'm one of the employees at Chatime prince Albert and I would like to clarify some things and answer some reviews. Yes. Are menu is slightly scaled back compared to other stores. But that's because we aren't a full bubble tea shop. It's shared with the Asian market. We do need updates for the interior but we're restricted because we are a shared store. I would also like to apologize on the behalf of my boss. It may seem like he has an attitude or he may seem impolite but English is not his first language so sometimes he has trouble understanding what the customer wants. We are addressing the undercooked pearl problem and improving our sanitation. If anyone has any concerns feel free to address it to my boss or anyone on duty.

While this business is a bubble tea shop, it majorly is under performing in terms of quality compared to other locations out of town or bubble tea in general.

I hate to bring the metaphorical shade, however the positive reviews here are a bit misleading.

If anyone doubts this, please go to just about any bubble tea location in Saskatoon and compare for yourself.

Some main points:

Pearls are almost always undercooked - or possibly leftover from prior days.

(multiple purchases with me and girlfriend almost always end with bad quality pearls)

Menu variety is lower than it should be, missing many of the advertised drinks and not advertising the ones they have.

Asking for less than the full sugar almost always gets forgotten.

Overall cleanliness/dusting needs some major work.

Would I go back? Yes because well, it’s better than nothing in Prince Albert and I find the staff are very welcoming and friendly overall.

Very friendly staff, who were eager to tell me about new teas I hadn't tried. Today I tried the Thai milk tea with grass jelly. I have been going for over a year and had something different each time I've been here and they are all good!

Never disappoint! Definitely a favorite for my kids and I, with so many different choices? The mango popping pearls are the best!

I love the variety of drinks to choose from and customize the amount of sugar and ice per order of drink! Options are great for customers like me! ️

I love that Prince Albert has a bubble tea place! It is sooooo yummy! This place is a must go! Try the passion fruit green tea!

The drink is good but the one male employee with blonde ends is very rude. We came 30 minutes before it closed and he wouldn't make us any drinks because it was to close to closing time.

They’ve always had amazing service whenever I come in, they make the best bubble tea I’ve ever had. If something went wrong or they don’t have something they will politely inform you, and overall a really relaxing atmosphere, I’ve always recommended them to people. One of my favourite drinks is the Thai milk tea with coffee jelly and they make it perfect everytime and I’ve even gotten family addicted to it
