I’m a regular customer at this location and usually my experience with the staff is normal. However, my most recent visit to the store left me feeling disappointed. The woman with short hair taking my order kept rushing me, and didn’t give me time to say my whole order. Considering this location was not busy at the time I came in, I didn’t expect to leave with an uncomfortable feeling.

Every time my drink is inconsistent. The last drink I asked for extra pearls, paid for them and they didn't add them. I purchased another drink today and asked for extra pearls which they didn't add or charge me for so I went back in, paid for them and asked then to add them and they dumped some of the drink to add pearls but dumped too much and then added ice so now my drink just tastes like someone steeped a tea bag for 30 seconds. Zero flavour.
This is always happening and given these drinks are $8/each, I expect them to at least be made correctly.
I always let it go but I'm so tired of being disappointed.
Also.could they wipe down a chair every once in a while? Looks like a daycare full of dirty toddlers eats every meal there and no one cleans up.

To start, I’ve never been a fan of bbt due to the pearls not being fresh. So, when I was asked to come try them out with a friend. I was amazed! It’s so fresh it’s crazy! You can taste the difference! I’ve had the chance to try many of there top bbt’s now and haven’t found one that I’m disappointed with! Not only is the teas fantastic but they have Amazing customer service! There menus are straight forward and the staff is Highly knowledgeable and explain things perfectly on 2J and 3J as I had the pleasure of watching them do so. The whole café is clean and has a great environment! I highly recommend giving them a try and enjoy the best tasting boba tea I’ve found Regina

They don’t understand when you say less ice.
Staff will also argue with you and will not remove the ice if you want less ice. The other location would be okay if you want to make it without ice.

I’ve probably been there like a thousand times by now but i thought i’d also upload a review cause why not.this is one of my fav bubble tea place in regina! The bubble tea and egg waffles are so delicious.and the staff is always so friendly and nice!?

p.s do try their brown sugar milk tea, it’s one of the best flavour there!

I order a strawberry Oreo milk tea, but there’s no Oreo in the drink and I can’t even taste the Oreo flavour, but the taste of the milk tea is okay

Great place. The menu selection is a little daunting but and incredible variety once figured out.

Honestly this place doesn't even deserve a single star rating. Yes their drinks are fine and everything but the customer service is trash. I called this place and asked them if I could come by 9pm since I live at the north end of Regina and the person said "yes as long as you make it before 9pm. " I left a little bit early so I could get there before 9pm. Despite all the traffic and the constructions going on, I still made it right at 8: 59pm and they locked the doors. I knocked on the door and the lady said they were closed when technically they're supposed to close at 9pm. I told the lady that I called a person that works there and he said if I make it before 9pm, I'll be able to get my drinks. During the conversation, the clock hit 9pm and she said it's 9pm and that nothing could be done. I kept telling her what the guy said to me over the phone but then she goes on to say we don't have any drinks at the moment (a total lie) and that I should visit them the next day. I'm not trying to be a "Karen" or a "Jacob" here but what I'm trying to say is that they should focus on their customer service as the employees are the first face of the company and the reputation of a store/company depends on their performance. I also work retail and I don't return customers coming in last minute since good customer service is what grows business. There should be an exception for customers coming in a minute before the closing time. I'm very disappointed and I will never visit nor recommend this location to anyone.

Services is so bad. Lady Name Ying is very rude with customers. She doesn't listen what customers order. And she even not say Hi or thank you.

Best bubble tea in the city.have tried them all and gong cha is by far the best. Don't listen to any bad reviews.

I got a wrong order last Sunday. I specifically said mango smoothie with mango pearl but I got black pearl also strawberry taro milk tea with pearl but get no pearl. Usually I don’t check my order coz I am a regular customer and I always get the right order. But last Sunday was quite a bit different 2 of my orders are wrong. Anyway, the tall lady said they run out of strawberry pearl which the lady in the counter didn’t mention and got my mango smoothie replaced.

Lastly, the guy who did my smoothie is not wearing his mask properly. It was worn down his chin.

So disappointed. We have had these waffle twice a week. And we got these tonight. Obviously not cooked even, too light and super soft. Came back in and asked if she could make them crispy she said that because we let them sit for too long and didnt do anything. They weren't cooked long enough nor enough flour doesn't matter how late we came.

Ilike the Strawberry messy drink there. This is one of my favorite drink between all bubble tea stores in Regina

Will drive across town just to get a milk tea with pearls. Any time I’ve gone there the girls working the tills are nice and polite and the whole place is pretty clean. The only down side is them constantly being out of certain things

I am personally a regular customer of this restau via online order specifically skip the dishes, and i am satisfied with my orders all the time except yesterday. I ordered my strawberry oreo smoothie medium with pearls but did not get any pearls. Also, my friends drinks was very watery.

Love the special flavours they have available! Try the Lemon Wintermelon.it's one of the best.
