Love this place. Friendly atmosphere. They make you a bubble tea just the way you want it. Even if it's not on the menu. Can't wait to try the ice cream rolls and the bubble waffle ice-cream.

Placed an order for the first time here because there was a pickup promotion with 20% off and ended up not getting that promotion deal.
We payed full price and the drinks were not flavorful at all. The drinks were heavily diluted in water and the pearls were extremely mushy and tasteless.
I love bubble teas and I get them often enough to know the difference between a quality drink and a really bad one.
I do not recommend this place.
