Realizing I owe money however been treated like I’m not a human on the phone because they gave me $1000 bill which equals out to me getting charged $257 a month for a two bedroom basement suite… I mean I know it’s not there fault but how rude the man was on the phone to me is the reason for the 1 star review. Told me I need to start making more money… wouldn’t that be lovely if I wasn’t already working a full-time and part time job.

You can’t ever speak to anyone and than tell you it’s just about a hour wait so than you have them call you back

After a year of service and regular estimate bills and actual bills, came home to no power.no warning (other than bills unopened as can only pay each utility in cycles-1month energy, 1month water, 1month power). To then find out my bill was a whopping 4200$! 2 months suddenly had an outrageous surge of use.i live in a 600sq ft 1 bdrm house.at most have my monitor and xbox powered up.
The first representative was completely ignorant and borderline abusive-i hung up. Called the next day and after various routes of "impossible" for that type of usage-the call ended with "good luck", albeit kindly said, it also solved nothing. I have been without power now for almost 2 months.no care, concern, or investigation of illegal use or faulty meter.just the "good luck" faintly echoing throughout the dark 600 sq ft 1 bdrm house in which i reside. Hopefully this "good luck" shows up prior to the cold dark months.
I dont even have a reaction, as am still dumbfounded, and have zero monetary recourse. I am a first time utility customer, age 19, employed.
Glad to be no longer scared of the dark- but i think my dog is.my review is left to sum up for readers however they sum it up to be.

Literally so bad all these reviews speak for themselves. I’ve been on hold for 2: 00 hours.and I gave a band and a half for a place I don’t even live at. Garbage I would lightly give them no money and 1 star if I could. Lady barely understands me too. I literally have to baby them through the call. Pay me to that work and it gets done.

Came home to no power, everything in fridge and freezer ruined. Fish dead. Had dehumidifier running to deal with basement flooding. No email no call no letter just come home to no power after they close and you can't contact them. This can't be legal.

Scheduled outage from 9: 00 - 3: 00 exceeded that time frame by 2 hours so 8 hours without power. This is unacceptable to be that far off for a scheduled outage.
