Do NOT go here! The main Asian guy tried to rip me off and is very pathetic and honestly with worst customer service I have ever seen.

If you don't have much knowledge on computers this guy will try to take advantage of you and steal your money! I was there to get my PC fixed and he was very rude to me and when I kept asking questions he kept getting aggressive and oversmart. I was going to get it fixed here till I asked for a HDMI cord and he said the price was $35. You can get a HDMI cord for $15 or less. As soon as he said $35 I confronted him with a much lower price from Amazon and other stores and he said "go buy from there then". This guy's very stupid and sad.

I went to PCplace and got my PC fixed for MUCH CHEAPER than what Uniway offered me and when I said them the experience I had with Uniway they even said that's a rip off.

Very sad to see and I can't imagine the amount of customers Uniway Regina ripped off with their business dealings.

The gentleman behind the counter was knowledgeable and friendly. Overall, a great experience.

When my old laptop was fried after drinking latte, I came across a great deal for a new one - but that store wasn't able to access the data of the old ssd Instead of expensive data recovery in their lab all the way in Ontario, I took it to Uniway Computers here on Victoria Ave. They said they probably couldn't access it either then, but wanted to try to be sure.it connected and they were able to SAVE ALL MY DOCUMENTS! I was so grateful for these guys! Still a lot of stuff to install and organize, but that was a little Christmas miracle ️

Best prices in the city, and amazing customer service! The staff helped me troubleshoot setting my computer for the new equipment I bought that was no fault to their own (Needed to install proper drivers). Was very patient with me even though I came in multiple days with issues that were might fault. Defiantly will be the first place I go for computer equipment in the future!

I have purchased a couple of items from these folks. In terms of used equipment, decent value and decent condition. So far everything is working as it should. Good to do business with and I am a repeat customer. Thanks!

Everything I purchased from this place has crapped out on me. Used computer battery dead after 5-6 months. Even the stick used to transfer data from my old computer.malfunctioning now at a time I really need it.

Just bought a Gaming PC from here a few days ago and it works Awesome! Super fast and smooth. Prices are great and the employee who helped me was super helpful and nice. Store is clean and well organized and The PC's are hooked up to a Monitor, keyboard and mouse so you can test out the product and make sure your satisfied before you buy it:)

Excellent customer service and reasonable pricing on gaming computers and laptops. Plus the store was super clean, and welcoming. I highly recommend this store. They also do phone repairs, so that's good to know as well. Thanks again for the great service.

Only good for inexperienced. To be most direct, this business is run in a way that takes advantage of people with little to no experience. Part pricing is very high. I am only disappointed and writing this because I really would like to support local businesses. You are spending WAY too much if you buy parts from this business. The only time to use this shop is if you do not have any capacity to search and solve problems on your own. If you are just shopping for parts, don't waste your time even calling these guys. They are also one of those businesses that takes advantage of the free advertising in Kijiji and pollutes the pages with bait adds to the point that it is hard to find ads that actually list something from a seller. They just push the boundaries of taking advantage of Kijiji and make the user experience rotten.

A couple days ago, I dropped by to check if they have a CMOS battery for sale as my old laptop needs ones. It turned out the staff was very helpful and he even gave one to me for free. What a great guy and excellent customer service!

Went in needing a diagnostic. Motherboard was gone. They worked with me to find component upgrades that fit my current needs with plenty of room to grow. I would normally put it together myself, but their labour price was fair, and service delivery was same day. I will be buying a second computer in the near future and Unity will likely get that business now too.

I contacted the gentleman that owns this business last week about building a spec'd gaming rig, The reply was instant and after a couple of recommendations by him we agreed on a build list that he would assemble at a very fair price. The gaming desktop was built in less than a week and it worked right out of the box. This rig shreds games. If you are thinking of buying a gaming PC, check this guy out first before you buy online or from a big box store. Great job and would highly recommend this business.

Diagnosed a problem that others had missed and repaired the computer in a couple of hours. Excellent experience.

As someone who has worked on various computers new and old alike for 8 years in my spare time and learned tons, this guy knows what he's doing. His shop is small but very tidy, highly aware of covid precautions, he is open and honest about when you ask what kind of work he does to refurbish said machines, you may see the odd machine selling with a defect but it's discounted and very well explained when he does as well as rare to see. Very reasonable pricing even for the gaming hardware he sells too!

I came into his shop looking for a laptop after my old beater finally ran into a power issue I was done hunting down constantly and so far that laptop has been rock solid! The worst I've found is minor cosmetic defects from previous usage and one driver bug specific to the model I chose which didn't take much to resolve at all. Would certainly support this guy again!

I own Vacuum Mart & I have got all my computers and parts from here, they even installed a hard drive in my security system. Great Prompt Service and affordable prices. Good luck in the new location)

Very helpful, with knowledgeable staff. Were able to provide me with an m. 2 screw when other places in town didn't know what an ssd was.

Oh my, this guy offers the best rates for used and new computers. I also like how he offers warranty on items purchased. He is courteous and has served my family and I well since we moved to this city a few years ago. I definitely recommend!

Very friendly with good customer service. Walked in got exactly what I was looking for in a laptop and only $200. You can't beat that.
