My husband and I were in the store a few days ago and recieved
FANTASTIC service from Shauntel. We were there to replace a ring
which was lost of some very personal significance. Within 2 minutes thanks to Shauntel we were able to order a strikingly similar replacement which was both within budget and lovely. We thank the staff we encountered at this highly professional jewellers. We will be doing much further business in future.

We needed to cut off my mom's wedding ring due to arthritis. It was an emotional time as she has been wearing the ring for 60 years. They were so patient and kind throughout the entire process and did not charge her for the service. Not many places treat you the way they do, they truly care. Thankyou for everything!
