I didn't have a great experience. Firstly, they sent my new credit card to the wrong location and couldn't send it back to my home branch. I then ended up waiting an hour while the teller was on hold with the other location only to tell me afterward...

Holding deposits into a business account for more than 5 business days. Who does that? ! Even when they said it will only be held for 5 business days, and now I cant get answers. Tried speaking with someone from head office and they cant even get a hold...

This branch is always slower than other branches.prefer to go at other locations. Advisors are rude and sometimes they overcharge it.

I called 3 days in a row multiple times and always get send the voice mail and no one calls me back

The receptionist, Sara is always kind and friendly, quick response and professional attitude. Very trustworthy.
Financial adviser, Lakhvir is thoughtful, listening my stories and giving proper advices. I have no complaints about this location.
