Better Bathrooms Coquitlam

Definitely not impressed. I made an appointment to come in and have a consultation with this location. As, due to COVID, they aren’t doing walk-ins; which is entirely understandable. The individual who I’d communicated with via email (and outlined that I was coming in from over 40+ km away) decided to pawn me off to a counter person who had absolutely no idea about pricing or products. Just said “take the brochures and some pictures and let us know what you want”. They couldn’t even find the price of the one tub I asked them about. Don’t get me wrong, I understand that these can be challenging times, but I was a ‘qualified customer’ who travelled to meet them and walked through the door at a scheduled appointment time. This was a gift wrapped present that they decided not to open. A definite lost sale and revenue potential. At this time it was not a wise choice for this business.

We have been dealing with Daniela at Better Bathrooms the past few months during our renovation. I must say it has been a pleasure to have had Daniela to deal with. She has been professional and gone above and beyond what we would have expected. She has been so knowledgable about the products and has provided us great options working within our budget. If you are looking for an extremely knowledgeable, helpful professional then Daniela is the person you want.

I have been very pleased with service, shopping experience and fair pricing at Better Bathrooms. I have enjoyed the good fortune of always having Daniela, look after my shopping needs. She is absolutely delightful! She is professional, knowledgable, honest, sincere and makes renovation projects Enjoyable and affordable! I thank you Daniela for all your good service and I will continue to be a loyal customer, as my renovation projects are on - going. I would highly recommend this business BUT my only suggestion would be to hire another full time or part time employee for the Show room! In my experience with the working public, time is money! It is important to provide good individual service, but difficult when you have other potential customers, awaiting their turn. I can be patient, but the average working person needs fairly immediate service. You need to win your customers, from the time, they enter your SHOWROOM. My experience with life and career, is good employees burn out and seek opportunities elsewhere! Daniela is a GEM of an employee and should be orientating your next potential new employee. Great showroom, with great assistance. Daniela took the time and effort to stop what she was doing, to really bond with me and listen to what i was wanting in product and or pricing. She is super knowledgeable and will be doing another project with her. Good selection and pricing
