We bought two Heat&Glow gas fireplaces about a year ago. We found these fireplaces very high quality.
Very impressed with Mainland Fireplace for answering all of our questions and making the transaction smooth. When we encountered a problem with one of the fireplaces, Mainland sent out a Technician who rectified it in short order. So, overall, great products with great Customer Service and Support. Robert.

Horrible customer service. Yes the person I was talking to is friendly but they had no follow through as if they didn’t want any business. We were ready to order just waiting to hear about how long the item would take and they said they would call next day…nothing. Called a few days later and they had totally forgotten and said they would call back in two minutes (obviously calling the suppliers at that point). No word back and it has been weeks. Needless to say we moved on and purchased elsewhere. Absolutely ridiculous. Not sure how they are in business when they don’t seem to care about making sales. This would have led to others in my town home complex going to then as well. Big loss for them!

They no showed twice and had terrible communication throughout the whole process.
Also told us the cover for the fireplace wasn’t delivered. After speaking with the distributor, and finding out it was and confronting them, they ‘found it’.
When brought up to the owners wife, she informed me after trying to discuss things, that she didn’t have any more time to talk things over and to decide whether we wanted to keep the fireplace or not and she was too busy.

Our old 25yr gas fire log set had failed and after reviewing many different gas fire suppliers, we settled for Mainland Fireplaces for a replacement, because of the excellent and knowledgeable store staff. They understood my specific requirements and recommended the perfect replacement split oak log gas fire set. Their installer Mark J.was excellent he took my concern about possible dust and mess during the removal of the old log set seriously and kept the whole removal and new installation absolutely spotlessly clean. He was very knowledgeable and the installation went in quickly and his instructions to me on the operation of the gas fire was great. My wife is particularly happy about the natural look of the burning logs as am I. Job well done Mainland fireplaces, we would certainly recommend your company to others. Best regards, John

The customer service when we went into the store was great. Aaron was very helpful, knowledgeable and informative! He came out the following week and took a look and gave us a few options. The quote we got was very reasonable especially as we had some demo work that needed to be done as well. The trades that came to do the insert, mantle and stone work were amazing and great to deal with. There were a couple small issues but Ryan came out right away and address and rectified them. We are very happy with how our gas fireplace insert and finishing has turned out.its beautiful! Good Job Mainland Fireplaces!
