They charged me $2.85 to print 4 sheets of black and white paper (regular sized). Absolutely ridiculous

After a mix-up as to what delivery service to use sending something (to the US) I won in an auction, Joseph did an outstanding job finding my item and getting it ready to be shipped out as it had to be repacked to meet the new shippers’ requirements. Not only did he do an outstanding job, but his attitude & wit made the whole experience a complete joy.
I have taught in higher Ed for 40 years and I know first rate. Joseph in my book is first rate and you are vary fortunate to have him working for your Co.treat him well, he’s defiantly a keeper.

I found the mail room on Robson street a couple years ago and i am so happy i did. They go above and beyond for their customers.

The restaurant next door allows their customers to crowd in front of the store and block it. They politely asked the crowd to move over to the restaurant and this rude person yelled out (i am going to give you a bad review) and this person did.
I am mortified that this nasty person did this when they were just being polite. (Shame on you Charlie)

They always go above and beyond to meet my needs. I've come in several times to print items from my USB stick and they often do it on the spot or I grab a coffee and come back to the items perfectly printed! Friendly and great services!

These guy's are the rudest store owners ever, and their customer service equals their personalities.
