They have a couple of locations. This is the most convenient spot for me. I think they have one in Kingsway. My mom referred me here; they speak different languages and this helps out a lot. The package arrived within a week or two. Very good service. Highly recommended

My package is not where to be found after 2 months. I tried to call and contact them online, they r not picking up their phone. They reply my online message once saying it’s still in delivery and didn’t give me any further update (given I already waited patiently for 1.5 months).

I waited for another 2 weeks, tried to reach them again and they wouldn’t reply my message anymore.

Online tracking system is glitching, the tracking number does not return anything at all.

I have been using their service before, it is really disappointing they just gonna response to their undelivered service like that.

Shipped 2 packages to HK and both arrived within 2 weeks as promised, very reasonable price for the great customer service. The online tracking system doesn't work tht well but who cares as long as my packages arrives fast and safe.

I was surprised that they also carry Canada post, ups, dhl and purolator for international and domestic shipping. Great experience!
