Had our fireplace serviced November 8 2023. Have used it three times Black suit on the glass door of the fireplace and on the outside under the eve where the chimney comes out. We did not have any black suit under the eaves at all before it was cleaned.

Over 25 years ago Silver Knight Heating replaced an oil furnace with a gas one & a wood burning fireplace to a gas insert. I've used them for servicing ever since. New owner Devin was thorough & explained the servicing well so would highly recommend.
