Lots of inventory on display so you can get the feel of the design and features before you purchase. Attentive and professional salesperson was able to find both items we were interested in were in stock and ready to go. We walked out of the store with the items. Great shopping experience.

Splashes helped supply our plumbing fixtures a few years ago on a home renovation. We were pleased at the time. Recently a small part in our shower failed and one of the showroom consultants (JK) was most helpful in tracking down the replacement part. She worked with the manufacturer to arrange for the part.
