Wanted to renovate my bathroom and heard good things about Splashes. Nice clean showroom with lots of variety. The lovely Anita helped me find what fit my style and budget. Great experience overall

My wife and I walked in this afternoon and we were asked what we’d like help with? Said “we are looking to renovate our bathroom”. Which was responded with “good luck”. Four sales associates in the store could not be bothered to look away from their computer to offer any assistance. Sorry, we’ll take our money elsewhere. “Good luck” with your terrible store.

Our beautiful DXV toilet came with a manufacturer's defect in the casting - rare, I'm sure, but still a huge hassle. All the people at Splashes were very helpful. At the 1st Avenue Vancouver location, Mariya worked to make things happen. Most importantly, she patiently listened to us and did not 'blow us off' as people who were making a fuss about nothing. The same can be said for Ardele and Erlene at the Broadway location. The fact that they all stuck with us as they hunted down the problem made all the difference, and we were very grateful for the solution. We need to purchase two more toilets and we will be returning to Splashes.

Mariya has been a pleasure to work with at Andrew Sheret - professional, detail-oriented, responsive and knowledgable! We have worked with Mariya on multiple projects and appreciate how thorough and organized she is. The service in the Showroom is wonderful. I went to check out some Toto toilets and a young man, Kwaku, was great in answering questions. He even got together all the specs on a few of my top choices and and emailed it to me. I love great customer service.
