Keri and Henry were phenomenal in helping me get an important and time sensitive document out as soon as possible. It was during the whole Rogers outage thing. The place I needed to fax the document to wasn't working because of the Rogers issue. Keri was so sweet and even followed up with me later that day and suggested an alternative method/service to get the document quickly delivered via courier instead. Amazing! I was so stressed out and tired and she paid attention to detail and gave me phenomenal customer service and was so patient and helpful to me. I am so thankful for Keri and how sweet she was to follow up and offer that great alternative. That is amazing customer service! And Henry was the one who helped me send off the document when I was back into the store. Thank you both!

Very expensive to use self-serve printing station. Almost $3.50 to print ONE 8x11 black and white copy of a PDF from my USB storage device with a run down work station. The dumb "base charge" costs more than the actual print job itself. I think I had to pay cash as well.

Do yourself a favour and go to the nearest Staples (Grandview Highway), it only costs 15 cents total to print one copy of black and white copy on 8x11 paper. There is also no "base charge" either from their self-serve touch screen copier that takes all forms of credit card payment and the copier is super modern and high-tech. You are literally in and out in 3 minutes with no staff to deal with unless you need their help.

Although the manger of this branch is super kind and helpful, I don’t want to see him that frequently just to pick up the parcel which was supposed to be delivered to my place. I’ve wondered was it because I didn’t put in any contact info, but I was wrong. I put down even my buzz code in front of the address, but still no calls were received to ask for pick up at my building. All I got was a pick up notice as always. UPS DO YOUR DRIVERS CARRY PARCELS, OR JUST PICK-UP NOTICES AROUND? !? ! VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Hello to whom it may concern.

My name is iris. And both me and my friend came across an agressive worker working in your company.

He claims that my friend's car boxed him in and prevented him from leaving his parked spot out of a public parking zone. The spot was not even designated for pick up or drop off, and his mis conduct in civil speech came down to yelling at me. He also came out of his truck to record videos and record the license plate and complained to me that I was stopping his delivery schedule.

I have proof of this. And I am not a recipient of a UPS Parcel. Just a stranger to this delivery man's day. And his mannerisms and etiquette to the public is poor is misleading.

Please be informed. As I have proof of time of event. And proof of his agressive over reaction to this situation. As it could have been prevented and resolved with patience. Had he decided to think. And had he tried attempting to back up and move out of the spot he was in.

Please be aware and touch base with this employee.

Worse service ever i got. I paid extra money for fast delivery but on the delivery day they rescheduled the time (3 days delay) i mean why i paid more if they can not make it on time. That delivery was very important for me that’s why I selected fast delivery and paid more than regular price but the result were worse than the regular service.

Everyone that I've run into at this location (been about ten times now) has always been very friendly. I've only used them for faxing, printing, scanning services. Always been quick, helpful and efficient.

Be weary of the 4/5 star reviewers here that only have 1 review total.

There was only one guy working the day I went in to return mail a package worth around 4k$. He was not friendly. I called prior to making the trip because my printer wasn't working to ask if printing the label in store was possible. It wasn't until after I made the trip to this location and we printed the label in store did he disclose the 1$ fee to do so. He pulled change from a change bowl on the counter so it wasn't even a register transaction. There was also a sign on the register that stated any transaction paid with a card under 5$ would be charged an extra fee. My label was prepaid so I'm lucky I even had cash on me that day otherwise I would have had to pay by card. As most places are not handling cash right now due to Covid, this was a bit irritating not honest business practice and should have been disclosed on the phone prior to making this trip.

Secondly, the outgoing packages were kept in a pile in behind the customer, not behind the counter where they are secure. So after applying the label, he had me place my very expensive 4 thousand dollar package at waist height, behind where people stand in line (out of his view) and could easily have run off with it when his back was turned. Very irresponsible on UPS's part.

This was my first time at this location, and it will be my last time. I have reported this incident with UPS and have yet to hear a response.
