I needed to send passports to Sri Lankan consulate in Toronto, Bill and Raminder (Hope I got the names correctly), was very helpful and even added the return address as requested. My experience with regard to the customer service and support was good.

Wish they had 0 stars. The manager Param Teja holds the ego of his designation. Even if you are going there for service they will treat as an employee and make you do all the things by yourself like taping. Have the trolley to move the box but denied to help as he has cracked bones.

I am regular customer of the UPS store since many years ago. The new location is beautiful. They provide excellent customer service. Bill is very friendly and helpful. They not only deliver parcel, they also do photocopies, they have computers to use in case you need to do a last minute document. They provide Passport Photos services. They also do print, design flyers for businesses. I'm impressed with the reviews as I have been regular customer and they have been very supportive services in our neighborhood.

Perfect customer service specially Bill is very helpful, always provide best suggestion for shipments for my online business.

Walked in to get something printed. Guy refused because there was one person in line behind me and he was too busy!

If you want to print a page from your USB you'll have to pay additional $2.5 apart from the per page printout fees. The computer is pathetically slow and will take forever to process your print. Only good thing is their location.

UPS is broken, and should not be in service. Do not waste your money with this company.

I am regular customer of the UPS store on Fraser Street. New location is big & bright, customer service really fantastic. Bill is very friendly and supportive and give them 5 out of five. I am impressed and recommend to other customers.

Store was closed at 1: 30pm on Saturday. Store sign says it's suppose to be open from 10-3pm.

I rated this store with 5 stars before, the lady that works there is very helpful. Today I go in to get my usual 100 pages printed, I showed the male owner my data stick and said I need a hundred more. He pointed at a computer and said basically nothing. I asked where to insert the stick and he said the computer, but the computer was behind a door and I asked again and said that they usually do it for me he just walked away. So I took the stick and headed for the door he said I do for you. Hit the road Jack

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had in ups location. I don’t suggest to deal with the brown guy working atm. I don’t know how did he get this job.

Got served in a timely manner. I didn't have wait long as there two other people in front of me.

UPS is honestly the worst mailing/delivery service ever. I never get my package unless I spend hours calling customer service to request a re-delivery.

The biggest problem with UPS is that they always write in the tracking that I was "not available at the time of delivery", which is completely untrue. I am always home when I expect a delivery, especially lately as I'm working from home due to covid. The drivers never make any attempt to contact me and just leave a delivery slip for pickup. UPS: you cannot call yourself a "delivery" service if you literally never make deliveries without customers going through a big fuss.

I have dealt with my increasing dissatisfaction with UPS for years, until today when the driver rung my front door buzzer (following my call to customer service after the driver did not deliver the package the first time) and I asked him to come to my unit as I was in a work meeting and so had to step out to take the call. He flat out lied and told me it was against UPS policy to go inside condo buildings due to covid so I said okay and excused myself from the meeting and went downstairs to meet him. I found out later from a UPS rep that they have NO SUCH POLICY.

NEVER USE UPS TO MAIL ANYTHING IF YOU CAN HELP IT! They literally have the most incompetent, rude, and lazy staff and delivery drivers, who will make things up like saying you are not home at the time of delivery so they dont need to go inside to actually deliver your package, which is all their job as a delivery driver literally entails. THE WORST. I will always go for Fed Ex if I have the option even if it pays more, or Canada post which is also much better than this shittiness that is UPS.

I go to this store print my collge assignments. If I am stuck on computer staff is always help in printing. Nice convenient location and cxcellant customer service.

Horrible servise. I take time off from work to visited the store on a Tuesday morning at 9am which is the regular store hours to pick up my package. The staff did not show up until 9: 20am and open the door at 9: 30am. I suggest the stuff to update their store hour if they often start late so people won't come early and wasting time.

Without any apologize, he gave me attitude and tell me to blame the government because the traffic was bad in the morning. Being late is not his problem, it's the government problem.
What kind of customer service is it? Very disappointed.

I went to this place to notarize some documents. Later on, I came to know I entered some wrong information. Then the lady at the front desk edited it for me, even though it was not her job to do that. I was really amazed by her service, would really recommend this place.

I don't know too much about computer but when I go to print something from my emails or from computer, staff is very, very helpful specially Bill. I am totally satisfied with services

I came to this location to drop off a prepaid shipment. I was helped by a lady, she was efficient in her work and was able to quickly complete all required work. For a first time experience I'm happy.
