The photo service here is very unprofessional! The lady here took a passport photo of my son. In the photo, my son's face is crooked, with one shoulder high and the other low. I questioned that the photos were not available. But the lady insisted that the photo was fine. As a result, the embassy returned the photos. We communicated with her again, but she still said that the photos she took were qualified, and asked me to provide an English letter issued by the embassy to explain to her that the photos were not qualified. Unreasonable!

I’ve been going to the UPS store in Fleetwood Surrey British Columbia for a while now.
I’m amazed at all the options and services that are offered there.
Prices are comparable to other places.
One of the representative Susan has been helping me over the last few years
Susan is a fantastic customer service representative always smiling and going the extra mile even through the period of Covid.
The other store employees are just as kind.

I walked into Ups this morning thinking they also had a post office. I was the first customer of the day. The lady was first all smiles and took my parcel for posting. After realizing the cost seemed a lot she said it’s because I am sending by UPS. Immediately I said “oh sorry I thought I was at partial post office”.
Immediately she said She was not going to do a refund as I was her first customer of the day and it’s back luck for her to do a return……I was stunned at her answer and said I am not sending this parcel with UPS! Omg her attitude became horrible. I stood there and said I wanted a refund! She finally gave me a refund with an attitude.horrible front desk!

Belligerent staff that cannot explain their ID policy. They have a sign that says they accept utility bills and lease agreements but declined to accept my bill. They sent an email saying I can send someone to pickup the package if they have the tracking number and they declined that also. UPS and this office contradicted their own policies 3 times before I got my package. USE FEDEX

Excellent service! I am always delivering packages through these guys never had a problem. Workers are extremely helpful and my package always gets where it needs to be without delays.

Nice location in the neighbourhood, however one of the ladies I dealt with was a little unpleasant sort of rushed me. Probably because I only had a drop off and wanted to get one of their services but another customer was in there seemed like a regular.
