Fantastic service!
I came in with the labels but none of my packages taped up. I was going to buy a roll of tape off the them but instead they taped it for my and gave me sticker packages for the labels. No charge. I’ll be using UPS and this location for my mailing services!

I'd you boxing done, avoid Staples. These guys will fax it for you and give you a fax receipt immediately. Highly recommend. They save me a big headache

I frequently have to make shipments and I was pleasantly surprised at the rates UPS provides. Charged me about 1/4 the cost of Fedex last time: $175 to Vancouver for Fedex vs $45 to California with UPS, neither with insurance.

The staff I dealt with were very friendly and helpful. This UPS store isn’t that close to where I live vs other post offices but I’m going to bring my packages with me to work and drop them off here from now on. The savings vs Fedex and the experience I had will make this my preferred place to ship.

Very friendly and helpful, great for packing art - had some items with family I needed packed and shipped to the UK. They clearly outlined the process and gave me a quote before I brought things in. Everything arrived safe and sound, clearly packed with a lot of care. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I am always so pleased with the service I receive here. Over the years, I've used this store for shipping, faxing, copying, shredding, printing and business cards. I have always found the convenience, quality, speed, price and professionalism top rate!

I had a painting stolen from me, that I worked very hard on. And this UPS store made a great recommendation to get insurance and thank goodness I did.

My experience with ups store#116, across from london drugs on yates street, was refreshingly positive & far exceeded my expectations!
there was no line up, and the staff was highly efficient & helpful from the time i walked in the door until my package was delivered.liz was especially considerate, knowledgeable and helpful.she went above and beyond any customer service i've had,
even contacting me right back on a sunday when the store was closed, to assure me that my package was fine when i had trouble tracking it.she helped me again when i was unsure what the tracking information indicated.she knew how important this package was to me & it felt very important to her too.what a refreshing experience these days when wait times can seem long & patience can feel thin, or things aren't running smoothly for one reason or another.i know exactly how i will send my christmas gifts this year, and anything else important or precious to me.i highly recommend ups store116 if you want to send something important & not worry about it!

Impossible to pay for my package shipping fees online.tried calling and no one answered.by far the worst shipping company ive ever dealt with.

I went in this store to drop off my company's laptop. My company emailed me a shipping label and a confirmation-of-drop-off letter from UPS to be signed by their representative at the UPS store. I went in to drop off my package and when I asked them to sign the form, the representative said in a very aggressive tone "we dont sign anything". I explained the situation and explained the confirmation-of-drop-off letter was given by UPS themselves with clear instructions for the representative to sign, the representative got even more aggressive and said "we dont sign anything, regardless of where the form has come from". Still confused by why they wouldnt sign and the UPS employee's extremely rude behavior, I asked where another UPS store is that I could drop off and get my form signed? The UPS employee yelled "I dont know! " at me in front of other customers. This is extremely unacceptable behavior and customer service. I feel as if they are getting out of doing their job as a UPS store and representative.

I have called customer service and they are looking into the incident. I ended up going to the UPS store on Hillside, explained the same thing to the UPS employee and they signed my form with no hesitation.

To the UPS employee on Yates St, if you're having a bad day dont take it out on a customer.

The people working here sent my package back after holding it for only 5 business days. When I tried to say something the lady started yelling at me telling me it's not her fault and they don't work for ups and I should have got a friend to come pick it up and other excuses. I had a terrible experience trying to pick a package after a week of working and not being able to get to ups store I finally go to get package and it's gone, and then I get yelled at.

One guy there is so annoying. He refused to look for my wife's package for like 20 minutes. It had her passport in it so she was obviously nervous. Finally he got up and physically looked instead of just on his stupid computer. Guess what he found immediately? Useless staff = useless company.

Great service by UPS as a whole. On the day I visited this location, the staff member was rude and dismissive.
