The UPS Store

I have returned a water pump bought from Amazon. The lady taped the return label and sealed the box for me, which is my responsibility to it.

Dropped my package last week, tracking number says the parcel is still there, called them and they said no its been picked up call UPS, we are a franchise. Called UPS they said check with the store. If you wanna LOSE your parcel here is the place to drop it at, at customer expense. Btw, I have the drop off receipt with clerk name Haleh on it.

I had an amazing interaction with Haleh, she was so efficient, and knew exactly how my somewhat complicated item needed to be packaged and labelled. She packaged the item for me and took all of the stress out of getting it sent off. Quick, and friendly service!

I called to inquire about services and how it works to ship a package and the woman on the phone (not exaggerating here) yelled at me saying it was pointless to call and told me to come into the store.
I asked if it’s possible to open a business account and again she cut me off and yelled. I have no idea why she was so hostile and aggressive I’m so baffled.

Haleh was invaluable to us this week when we, as visitors, needed to have some artwork of great sentimental value to us, shipped to Florida. She led us through the entire procedure, packed our items with particular care while being very efficient handling other items. We are looking forward to opening that box when we get home

I paid for a shipping label and these cheap staff charged me just to print it. What the hell is wrong with this place? As if services aren’t expensive enough, charging three dollars to print a single shipping label? Won’t be coming to this location ever again.

Worst customer experience ever. They have the photo taking services but the staff was not helping to answer any question you may have, only direct you to the others and said it is not her problem. If there is a zero star option I will give zero. I will never come back to this store again

I have only positive things to say about the staff here. Friendly, efficient and kind. I am very glad this is my local UPS store!

I went in to get a package that had been in the store for a few days and the customer service was horrible. The person working there was not only taking their sweet time, but gave every customer an attitude as they were "helping" them out. I accidentally gave them the wrong tracking number for which they told me I was wasting their time and could have saved it had I given the right one (it took them 1 minute to look for the package). Solely for the person working there being very rude I would give this place 1 star as you should not be treated like that when picking up a package.

Bad customer service. My package sat in the shop for four days only to be return back to me with delivery label removed. When I asked for help with figuring out why this had happened I was told that they 'don't know and it's really not their problem'. I wish shop manager had a suggestion of what can be done instead of beeing rude. To me it seems suspicious that there is almost an even split of 1star and 5 star reviews for this place. Try your luck may be you will get 5 star service next time, but I didn't.

They charge $3 to print a return label. $3. If I go to Purulator down the street they walk you over to the return label print station and they ensure it's printed correctly. They do this for free. Avoid this location if you can.

I received the most terrible customer service that I've ever experienced in my entire life! Even a zero star rating would be too much for this shop!

She grabbed the passports and other important visa documents violently from my hand, and we ended up in a tug-of-war.how strange and rude is that?

I was simply attempting to ship important documents to the embassy via UPS, and I had a few simple questions which she failed to answer properly.

During our conversation, she got irritated and told me to go somewhere else and that she won't be sending my documents.

Since the requisition form I had filled out contained personal information, I picked it up along with my documents, and that's when she violently grabbed my document package.

But in any case, I'll have a chat with the UPS head office, and warn other customers to stay away from this UPS franchise.

Poor services. They don't even have enough stock of photo paper while providing the photo taking services. After taking the passport photos, I was told that they don't have the photo paper and have to come back another day to collect the photos again. Waste of my time. Very disappointing and bad experience as a customer.

Avoid this place as much as possible. They are outright rude with a bad attitude. The lady at the reception has no sense of respect for the customers.

The person runs this place Haleh, I will give for rudeness, unprofessional, and all other reasons why not to go here.

I have had to send out multiple packages to the states over the last year and Haleh has been amazing every time. She is so efficient and I always trust everything is taped up nice and securely. Best package depot on the north shore.

UPS refuse to send my import documentation in a timely manner as I do the brokerage myself. Greedy and shady corporate behaviors'. Take the shipping cost and be happy with it, I will never use UPS to ship out you've lost my business for ever.

Worst delivery experience ever. I had a package delivered to California that cost me $100. Weighed 30 grams. I never got it, now they say too bad. No money back. They don’t care at all. Hours wasted. So I got ripped $100 dollars. Moral of the story, they don’t care because they don’t have to. Not enough competition.
