The worst person, charging two dollars for one page black and white print. Was really rude. I asked for a tape to put on package and he was saying we dont share.

Always go here and get good service from Dinesh. Have printed hundreds of books here with covers and coil binding and he is willing to give you a good deal on bulk orders. Have also done color printing with him on card stock. Will go again soon for book printing.
Have gone there a few more times to print certificates and birthday cards. Always do good job including his capable assistant Keshav. Did color printing recently and always good fast job and price

The person at the counter was extremely rude to a lady in the store. I was amazed at how crude language he could use with a customer. I left posthaste watching the interaction. They should not be allowed to do business in a first world country.

Dinseed is an amazing person and very professional. Knows just want to do with all my guitars that I need shipped out. Handles with care and makes me feel comfortable with my guitars. Will always come here to mail

This store was extremely helpful to me as I emailed them photos and texts I need printed right away.
They were very patient and very, very helpful to me and explained ways I could save money which most store owners would never do so I appreciated this.
It's a very affordable place to have your pictures printed much cheaper and much more choices than London Drugs ever could be.
I give them 5 stars for doing a very great job at customer service in the community. It's rare to find these days. So check them out.

This store will nickel-and-dime you at every opportunity. Would highly recommend using another UPS store, but if this one is most convenient then make sure you’ve done everything (printing labels, etc.) before arriving

Went to pick up a package once and scan documents a couple of times. Straightforward and painless. No issues so far, would recommend.

I went there to get coloured copies for 4 papers, they employee there trying to be smart and charged me for 8 papers, this place is scam they charge for extra with no care. Be Aware

One star. They wouldn't tape a label on my package. I had to go home and come back again.

Absolutely ignorant staff I would never go back very unhelpful and very rude to their customers, would not even scan a package to give me a receipt that they received it would never go back

. Both times I have come here to drop a package off owner refused to give drop off slip. Proceeded to tell me to drop it off in a pile of over 100 packages and trust that it would be scanned before the end of day.

This slip is imperative as it lets a shipping company like stockx that you have dropped the package off.

During the first drop off he made a huge deal of it. Today instead of taking 30 seconds to scan my package he told me I had to wait while he designed someones logo for them. I drove to the kingsway location and they took my package and scanned it promptly giving me confirmation.

Good service and easy to deal with! The owner is a nice guy. I had an item sent to USA by UPS.
After hearing bad service at the Kingsway ups I decided to come here.

After attempting to drop off my Amazon FBA boxes and failure, This store accepted them! The owner was super friendly, calm, helpful and we had a nice little chat about my online business! He gave me staple remover and let me to work on my papers at his store for more than 15 minutes, he also wire binded my papers in very bad condition and didn't even nagged about it! Very professional and polite. Thanks!

After going to numerous printing places in the lower mainland, I came here and was blown away by the quality and effort put into printing the item I required. Furthermore, they put in extra work by cutting and scoring my items exactly how I had wanted it.
This location even had time to explain how certain sizes worked in relation to my printing items so I wouldn’t be confused. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would!:)

They charge you too much for using the computer, passport pictures and any other services. I dont recommend it

Excellent and prompt service, attendant was very patient inputting an international address with different format than we use in North America, I recommend it.

Went to drop off a package today and had two other customers in front of me. One was confused, and was taking a while to understand things. The next one was getting frustrated and had a big package that was going to take a long time to deal with. He realized that I was here for drop off and directed me to leave it in the drop off area. I appreciate someone that has the spatial awareness and patience to deal with difficult customers respectfully. Don’t know your name, but good job sir!

November 16,2020 - this company has some amazing in house printing services. Two huge printers observed. Very impressed to observe employees on both visits wearing masks and following protocols and guidlines to combat the pandemic. Great job guys. Looking forward to visiting again.

Always good servjce here. Becoming a regular here as I send a lot of packages to Amazon and the guys at UPS remember me now so I just put the package down and they know what to do with minimal communication.

Avoid this location if possible.

Absolutely frustrating experience trying to pick up a parcel shipped to my house by a friend.

Despite telling him what was inside and my address matching the tag and having the tracking he refused. Wouldn't even call my friend's number on the package to confirm who I was.

Will only give the parcel to my friend, even tho her name won’t match the address. Wasted 2 hours of my time and will now require her to ride public transit for 4 hours to get the package.

Very easy problem that Fedex, Canada Post deal with and solve all the time.

The incompetence and unhelpful manner was very disappointing. Owner offers no solutions.

Owner/operator here is great! I have my box here since they first opened at this location. Very reliable and friendly.

The worst place in town for printing services, don't waste your time and money going there if you need to print something out. They charge you $2.50 to use the computer or $1.00 per email. Staff is rude.

Don't waste your time. Please go save yourself from hassle just go somewhere else. I rented a unit here and received nothing because the address they have is tricky. The whole block is the address and then unit numbers but the adjacent building has same unit number.
They stole my $95 they gave me nothing back when I returned the key after 2 weeks I ordered from Amazon and received nothing had to pay Amazon fee to pick my packages from pickup location.
Even when I signed up the first time the lady treated me like a criminal. She was like "RCMP come here I will let them see your mailbox" I needed a mailbox because my mails were always missing or getting stolen home.

Went there to get photos made and the gal charges to insert USB stick. Ouch! Photo store in Vancouver does not charge this. Male rep said the resolution would not be good but photo turned out nice.

Unimpressed. My wife wanted to print some documents from a USB drive. And was charged a dollar for every file that was opened.

Let me say that again. One Canadian dollar to *open a file*.

Consistently rude staff. I've been coming to this locations for years and it just gets worse. The family own shop just isn't pleasant to deal with. Any of the other pick up points in the area are rather pleasant and have some manners. They can go out of business for all I care, since they don't take their lively hood very serious or with any care.

UPS never seizes to amaze me. Had to go pick up a package for my wife since she is working weekdays and weekends now and can't pick it up. Called before hand as always and confirmed that i can go with the info notice the tracking number and my id with the SAME ADDRESS and pick it up. Went today, the lady wasn't giving me the item since me and my wife don't share the same last name. The UPS policy clearly states that this doesnt have to be the case, but the lady told me this was put there by the third party seller. We contacted central ups and the third party seller and lo and behold, they didn't put any measure like this on the item and, the standard ups pickup policy should stand. UPS continues to be the worst delivery service to date once again
