After leaving a delivery notice on my saying that the package would be available at the local UPS access point store, an hour and a half later online tracking shows that the package was delivered to some random woman named Kara. My package is lost and I have to file a claim now. Never have had a positive experience with these idiots, I would give negative stars if possible

I like printing my confidential documents here as they follow all the safety rules/regulations of handling the customer data secure and shred after use.

Update.
Much better the last couple visits.
Terrible customer service. Over priced. Last resort kind of place.
Update for March 8 2022. The woman working at the store was very rude and would not email or text me a receipt. Her attitude was not good representation for ups and customer service. Generally these days the gentleman working at the store are very nice and send me confirmation.
Update oct 2022. They refuse to print up receipts for drop off pkgs. Or give excuses.

I was just there today and had such an amazing experience. I needed good quality printing in glossy paper and they were able to print it on the spot for me. Staff was very friendly!

Used this store for shipping and promotional printing several times. All the workers are super friendly and helpful. We recently had to get some custom 4x6 cards designed and printed on a two-day deadline. Kanwar was extremely helpful with the design process. Arsh and Dyllan both ensured the cards were printed, cut, and ready for pickup. They went above & beyond to give us a call as soon as the job was completed so we could breath a sigh of relief. Will be back here, not just because the job was well done, but even more so because of the fantastic customer service.

Shoppers Drugmart no longer offers Faxing.
So I tryed going to The UPS Store today.

Honestly it would be nice if our heritage mail service provided service like other companies.but glad we still have a place that cares about customers and buisness.
