I can't think of a worse shipping company. It's not this store's fault (you're probably lovely people and hard working staff) but perhaps they will be able to get through to an actual human being if I make enough noise somewhere where live people see it. I have been trying to resolve a shipment problem since Friday but all of your numbers lead to bots that claim they can help and then don't. I have never liked UPS's shipment services since I've previously worked in logistics and have always had problems with your delivery services but this experience has been beyond frustrating and now I've resorted to unfortunately needing to leave reviews like this in the hopes that SOMEONE will contact me. I need this resolved immediately. I'll be leaving more reviews until I hear back from a human being.

Very good customer service. The staff are always helpful when I'm making a return. They help with packing and attaching the label. I've been a customer for more than 2 years now.

Apparently I am a regular customer. I buy my clothes online, and sometimes I have to return items that don't fit. The employees are on the ball: they remember me. Sometimes my packages arrive damaged. The owner told me to contact UPS. Aren't you UPS?

Totally incompetent staff make simple requests turn into 40 minute time wasters. The main guy is great, but I’ve had too many disappointing experiences at this location with others working

Great little print shop. They have some bad reviews from people complaining about UPS service (which is largely out of their hands), but from a print-shop perspective I find them to be fantastic! Fair prices and lots of options.

Had an item professionally wrapped and insured. It arrived damaged and I had to replace parts worth over 700 dollars. Called UPS for help or inquire about it. No one seemed willing to help me and the claims I filed just disappeared with no follow up.

The guy there wasn't listening to what I was telling him. Worst customer service I ever experienced with the UPS store.

I am giving Jeremy 5 stars because he needs to know west enders appreciate his 10 years of business! I find his lovely smile not showing so much lately because he seem to be under the pressure of trying run it all nice and smooth for us while training staff and answering phone calls at the same time. Of course there will always be some glith in communication, is hard sometimes, but it's always a excellent service I am getting. I appreciate you Jeremy. I never wait to be helped longer than 2 seconds. However I'd like to see you smile more. I much rather wait longer in a line than see you stressed out and in a hurry to serve as many people as possible. We are all used to long lines by now, and surly we all need a bit of kindness. You don't have to be as fast as the printer:) I want to support local business like yours. Remember it's ok to slow down sometimes. Those who matter wont mind, and those who mind don't matter. Driver Courtney Taylor tried to deliver a package on November 9. When I asked him a question he rudely hung up on me. He left a notice on the door that the package was sent to 1050 Davie Street, but when I went there today, I couldn't find it. I phoned and the automated message said he actually left it at the Denman location. By the time I found that out, the Denman location was closed. Now I have to start hunting for the package again tomorrow and that location closes much earlier, I may not be able to get there from work before they close. Unprofessional and despicable behaviour. Don't use UPS, people, find some other delivery service, that would be my advise. I certainly will not use them in the future.
PS - I had to amend this review. The employee at the location was very angry about my review, called it a "garbage review" and was unbelievably rude. I contacted the sender of my package (that I paid $1,000 for) and advised I will no longer order from them unless they refrain from using UPS. I will also lodge an official complaint with UPS head office and Better Business Bureau. Brutal behaviour.
Ups responded saying they are not responsible for the rudeness of their drivers. But they didn't mention anything about the rudeness of the staff at the Denman location. I am still waiting to hear how that was dealt with.
