I can't think of a worse shipping company. It's not this store's fault but perhaps they will be able to get through to an actual human being if I make enough noise somewhere where live people see it. I have been trying to resolve a shipment problem since Friday but all of your numbers lead to bots that claim they can help and then don't. I have never liked UPS's shipment services since I've previously worked in logistics and have always had problems with your delivery services but this experience has been beyond frustrating and now I've resorted to unfortunately needing to leave reviews like this in the hopes that SOMEONE will contact me. I need this resolved immediately. I'll be leaving more reviews until I hear back from a human being.

Working with Nit at this location was beyond my expectations. Nit truly provided 5-star service. I actually never met Nit in person, all dealings were done via email and phone. There are just so many encounters where people truly shine, and my encounter with Nit was surely one of those. Thank you for being amazing at what you do and for going above and beyond.

Traveling from the US, you made my time in Vancouver enjoyable as I never had to worry about the services that you and your team were providing. I felt truly safe. I felt like I had a dependable friend there.

"Recently, I had a bad experience with this store. A scammer sent me a UPS shipping label that was supposed to go to Rogers' return center, but it was redirected to a personal address. I didn't realize this until Rogers contacted me. I went back to the store three times within a few hours, but the cashier (Adi) refused to cancel the delivery. They told me to contact customer service, which I did seven or eight times. Unfortunately, the box was successfully delivered to the scammer's pickup point. "

DO NOT GO HERE if you are concerned about theft or losing a package.

Went to drop off a package and employee would not scan my item. So no record of drop-off in the UPS system and a whole headache if it did get stolen or lost.

UPS’ records would not show “in transit” nor “at ups access point waiting pickup” so shipper or francisee would not be liable.

Stay away. Lady blamed the computer system and offered a drop-off receipt which would provide little value in a dispute.

*Thank you for taking the time to reply. First of all, definitely not a great franchise to invest in when you are paying for the UPS logo but have nothing to do with UPS deliveries nor providing solutions for your customers who enter your UPS store.
As for giving me the number to call UPS, it’s passing the buck without wanting to figure out the issue as your UPS employee told me “it probably won’t help even if you call” and she was right. It’s an automated system that wastes more of my time.
Instead of having workers and franchisee proud of their investment into the UPS logo to want to help in achieving solutions for customer instead of passing it on to a 1800 number that you know will spin the customer into a loop. Saying sorry in a calm manner doesn’t help. Fixing the problem to be better, that’s what works! Sorry is an empty word without action. I’ve stopped using anything UPS because of this horrid experience. I know you are sorry. Action speaks louder than words. Another UPS customer done.

I’m floored on how horrible the customer service is in this location. I’ve been very frustrated with not getting my packages delivered and it going directly to the UPS store. This location has absolutely zero initiative to help their customers. I was told directly “ deliveries have nothing to do with us but you can call the complaint centre but it most likely won’t make a difference” in my mind I’m thinking…WHAT? ! Aren’t you wearing a UPS logo? Aren’t you part of a company? How about taking initiative, being pro-active in trying for your customers to have a great customer experience. How about saying “ I know it can be frustrating, let me try and figure out how UPS can find the snag in all this” or something to move forward! Instead I got “you should be more humble” after I explained in the best way possible that this is a frustrating experience and I’ve already called and like she said got nowhere.
I love to be humble and show absolute gratitude to customer service staff that helps to find a solution in all this however getting, “Your situation has nothing to do with me nor this store” is so inflammatory. Absolutely asleep at the wheel. Sad indeed. Government agencies I can perhaps understand but a privatized business that has this level of arrogance is clearly a lack of care for their company and customers.

On the lower level of the Sinclair Center, the service was fast and cordial. I recommend the mailboxes. They are open on Saturdays too.
They also do large prints and have copiers etc.

I went in today to ship my phone and few other items internationally. I have to say, I was very impressed by the customer service at this location. The rep I interacted with today was very friendly and cordial. She helped me package my items and explain the shipping process very clearly. I would definitely recommend going to this UPS store for your shipping needs!

Had a wonderful experience with Nit, the UPS clerk at store #117. I was having a stressful experience shipping overseas and she helped me every step of the way, ensuring my overseas address was correctly formatted and the package properly bubble wrapped. She even called me days later when my package was delayed due to shipment issues, to help me resolve the holdup. She went above and beyond in providing excellent service, thank you so much!
