If I could give this store 0 star I would have. If I didn't have to use UPS service I would have never went to this store. He wants to charge for every little things. I asked to to seal my small box and he was telling me to buy tape. I had to walk in snow all the way to Canada post and they happily did it for me or free. Don't go here if you don't have to.

I never recommend I went there just for print a label, I sent by email and he printed. He charged me around $5 just for a label. I thought my return was for Canada post and I went there. I bought a pocket and stick the label on package. The Canada post employee said it's for ups and I went back to UPS again. I dropped off my package and he got my package but he didn't give me any recipe or tracking number. Now after 10 days I realized the lable that he gave to me was wrong labe. I went there but the older guy said they are not in charge for this. I told him exactly day and time and I asked him for checking the camera but he said "NO". So I lost my package because of their mistakes and I called customer service but no one care. I have no idea because that was their mistakes. If the owner check camera they can see I'm not lying but he doesn't care about customer.

Went to this store to return a damaged Delivry that was left at my door without a signature by UPS.
The agent at this store was extremely unhelpful and not knowledgeable about tracking and returns.
After waiting 15 minutes we left with a bulky package that’s now sitting in my garage.
Noticed 2 other unsatisfied customers who came in after us.

Avoid if you can!
There is a UPS point in staples in North Vancouver right by Marine drive.

The only customer service in this location “ Masoud “is very grumpy, always in bad mood, and he refuse to help every single time!
There is always a wait as there is just one person to help.
The door to the store also doesn’t have automatic opener so if you have a heavy parcel or stroller you have a hard time to get in and he won’t help.
If you don’t bring your return label printed be ready to pay a fortune to him to print it.
If you didn’t put a tape on your package or it opened up on your way or get loose he will not give you a tape to seal the package.
I went to the other location the guy got the package from as it was too heavy, taped it, print the label and put it on the parcel.
Bad customer service. Avoid if you can

Great store. Masoud has always been helpful and quick when assisting me. Been dropping off packages for years. Any complaints I see are from people who could be more resourceful and learn a little bit about how shipping works. I feel bad for the guy as he has to deal with many incompetent “adults”

Both the man and woman working there were very rude and unhelpful. I was the customer and they were bossing me around to move the packages around. Also so expensive to buy tape or print etc. I'm never going back there.

Severely understaffed. Be prepared to wait in line 20-30 mins to pick up a package.

UPS in the area loves to pull the old “attempted delivery” BS even when you’re sitting at home waiting for delivery. No ring, no slip on the door. So then you’re forced to come here and wait in line for an inordinate amount of time because the delivery trucks can’t be bothered to do their jobs.

Will be avoiding UPS at all costs in the future.

The man and woman there are the examples of worst customer service I’ve ever seen in Canada! They are rude, impatient, unhelpful and unfriendly. I wonder how Amazon works with them!

Waited 30 mins in line and the staff made an error so I have to come back and rejoin the line. I’d give zero if I could.there is no other alternative so let’s hope they increase efficiency in the future

SO RUDE!
No return greeting when I said hello, Masoud took my labeled package and turned away, I asked for a receipt, he printed it, dropped it on the counter and then threw my box in a bin on the floor. Shame on him for his despicable customer service and shame on USP for allowing such a rude person to represent their service. I will NEVER use or recommend this vendor to anyone.

I've been to this location a couple of times and despite what has been written in the reviews, the gentleman has been extremely pleasant to deal with and very helpful.
I will definitely continue to go to this location for all my UPS needs.

This old man with glasses has a terrible attitude as if you owe him money. Avoid this place, go for the one at North Van or to a different company.
I would like to add that you must print the address for shipping the parcel. Printing at this place for one normal paper is 4 dollars. They do not tape the package, he insisted I had to spend 6.50 before tax to buy his tape! The worst part is I had the original box for the package to return. He said I cannot use it and had to buy from him. Boxes there are priced from 6-15 bucks. To ship the package out, the money you pay to seal the box is more than the express shipping cost. My returned parcel is worth 30, and this old dude tries to charge me 50 bucks for shipping, taping and forcing me to buy his shipping box. Went to another nearby shipping company and had my package delivered for under 10 bucks. No add-on expense like this scam place. Btw, i just checked North Van ups today and they taped the box for me fore free and im allowed to use my original boxes to ship! See this old man at west van tries to rip customers off to purchase his over valued tape, box and printings! 4 dollars to print a page! 10-20 bucks tape and over 10 dollars on shipping boxes. Its nuts!

I’ve had to pick up packages at this location a few times and the service is excruciatingly slow. Picking up a package should be an “in and out in less than five minutes” process but there’s only ever one person working and it’s usually a 20-30 min line before getting any help.

If I could give less than one star I would, these people are so unbelievably rude and aggressive it’s shocking. She literally berated me for walking in with my very calm leashed puppy to quickly drop off a package, I apologized and she just kept going.which kept me there longer with my puppy, than the 2 seconds it would have taken otherwise. I’ve been there before and dealt with the miserable attitudes, this was the final straw. Avoid this location.

They have bad temperatures especially the man, they are so impolite, i have never wants back to them and work with them…. I hope the other people read my review and other reviews and never going back them….
