The UPS Store

Store is closed without any notice or warning on a Monday at 11: 00am. Called the store and no one answered.

Came in a couple of days ago and I was impressed by the costumer service. Imraj is a true merchant of his craft. #brightfuture

Great customer service, was super helpful. I screwed up my labels and needed help finding a package and they took the time to help me with all of it, with zero issue. Super kind and understanding.

My package delivery was not successful and it was returned to UPS Store No. 52 in Surrey, I had to pick it up from the store.
I had Wrist injury and was not able to drive, The manager and the staff in store were very nice and they accepted to redeliver it to my place.

I dropped in this store today for the first time. Amazing wonderful staff. Cant recall owners name but he helped me load a bunch of heavy packages into the store from the parking lot. 5 stars!

The place is the best ups I ever been too. Nice and clean, professional staff, good service, and cheaper rates than any other local UPS Stores out there. Highly recomended for locals in Langley!

Always super fast, friendly, the hours are later than other UPS locations in the area so it is more convenient.

Love the service I get at this location, always a pleasure doing business here and the extended hours help out so much in getting and receiving packages.

Very nice employees at this location. I send shipments from this location regularly and have never had any issues.

Never go there. The manager eat my 500$ bucks and didn’t send my parcel to India. Wasted my precious time. Manager do fraud with others. Remember I will get my money back in any condition because this is not a small amount for hard worker.

He lied about making a delivery attempt.
I was home all day waiting for my shipment and i got a notification saying that attemp failed because no one was home. BIG LIE.
There was little bit of snow in front door and if he really did make attempt, there shouldve been a foot print at least.

After i called customers service and explained all this, the status suddenly changed from 'delivery attempted' to 'delivered at reception'.
I live in a house and theres no reception.

Called the customers service again and found out he had left the parcel at the office. From the very first time it was in the office lol. Now i have to travel all the way down there beacause "Imrij" did not even bother to care.

I have used them consistently for about 7 years and the service is always fantastic. Always very helpful and kind. Great customer service! - Ginny

This is a great UPS Store. The guys that work there are friendly, professional and very helpful.

I called in the morning asking for a quote and the service was super efficient over the phone. Then came to drop off the envelope, found that Imraj assisted me on the phone and he continued with a very pleasant customer service!
