The UPS Store

Small service area and can be crowded. I was told that documents for shredding would be placed in a locked container awaiting shredding. Not so. As it turns out, if the container is full, then documents are stored elsewhere in the store awaiting destruction. How secure is this place and their holding area?

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor having my own practice, they printed all my marketing material like rack cards, brochures, business cards rtc with great precision. The owner and the staff at this store was very helpful and respectful with excellent customer services. I would recommend them to anybody and everybody.

Jasmeet is very knowledgeable about printing. I had to get some rack cards and posters designed and printed. He did it on time as requested and the quality was excellent. I will use him for all my printing jobs for my Clinic.

The store owner, Jagmeet (I think!) was so kind and helpful. I was shipping a painting, and he really took his time explaining all of the options they had, to ship and package it safely. Great experience overall

Amazing service! The owner, Jasmeet, is super helpful and always goes above and beyond for all my print orders. He makes sure the job is done on time even when I ask for large orders at the last minute. I can’t recommend him enough!

This is the most incredible store ever. Its just a UPS store but the people who run this store are the sweetest and most helpful souls you will ever encounter. I look forward to missing packages and having them forwarded to this location so I have a reason to say Hi to the guy behind the desk. It's so easy to return packages and buying stuff in here. Most specially the staff that was there, very accommodating, polite and approachable. We like him. I just didn't get his name but he's awesome.

Jasmeet is extremely professional and courteous. No matter what day or time it is, he always greets you with a smile and is willing to help with anything you ask. I’ve never been in a UPS store where you’re made to feel welcomed like this one. No wonder he has so many loyal and loving customers in the community.

This store is very organized and has many shipping options as well as printing services. The store owner and staff are very knowledgeable in printing every kind of print you could possibly want with competitive prices. Don't hesitate to give them a try.

Very happy with the service offered here at the UPS south Surrey store from Jasmeet and Karan. They go above and beyond when busy to take big parcels out to the car and let us know when packages arrive.

The store looks great, they have lots of printing and other services available. They even have elevator music playing in the background! Hahaha.

Long years ago we had our post box at a Canada Post office and were so unhappy. This conveniently located UPS store has friendly service, holds larger packages for you and lets you pick up your mail after hours. The owner is very helpful and kind, never in a bad mood and completes the overall positive experience in this store.
We highly recommend this place.

My family and I have been with Jas the owner over five years. We moved with them from their old UPS White Rock location. Jas is super nice and funny. Quality of service is great, highly recommended!

I have been a mailbox customer ups for about 2.5 Years. I am very happy overall with my service & how kindly i am treated always. The owners make a big effort on helping me when i phone in / or in person. Therefore i will stay for future as a loyal customer, Sincerely David.

This is worst UPS store in all of Surrey!
The customer service is horrible. They have no patience and do not want to listen to what the customer is trying to say.

They are refusing packages becuase they do not like the way certain people talk. They dont like the customer telling them what they could look for to find a package.

I would suggest UPS close this location.

The worker at the location told
Me that he can refuse and do whatever he wants as he wishes as he is a independent store.

The worst. Dont waste your time, money and energy here.
