The most awful service. Yikes. Clerk was so dismissive, unprofessional, and rude. Male, didn’t catch his name.

In and out drop off with my label. No issues. Saw some ups mail boxes on one side and UPS delivery guys coming in and out. There was plexi glass on the counter for covid protocols. Nothing out of the ordinary but I had a prepaid label and only dropped off.

High quality service: clear communication, responsible and accommodating. Provided the ability to hold a package for an individual without a mailbox, which many other UPS stores were unwilling to do.

I do tons of business internationally and have never had a single issue with a shipping company in my life (besides the usual delays etc).

He lied and said I was disrespectful when I wasn’t. He barred me from using this ups access point. He is a racist and I saw him being rude to the elderly. That is the only explanation. UPS please take your name off this despicable and sad excuse as a franchisee.search other reviews online if you question this review. And for some reason, the owner Raymond has always brushed it off as if there are no issues whatsoever.so sad that your store has lost the trust of many! Shame on you!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I’ve had shocking experiences with Scott Dion at this store. I was perfectly pleasant with him when I came to pick up a letter, and he was inexplicably rude and hostile. I called him out on this and I left. Then just yesterday, I had a package that was to be redirected to this location. Scott Dion rejected it and sent it back to the sender, marking it as a “recipient unknown. ” I called the store to inquire and he said my package was rejected Bec I’ve been “banned from the store. ” Apparently, he’s upset that I called him out on his rudeness the day I came to retrieve my letter. Ive never experienced this level of immaturity from an employee, anywhere, let alone from a postal clerk. I’m pretty sure you can’t just reject parcels Bec you “don’t like the recipient. ” I would steer clear of this UPS location at all costs. I will be filing a complaint with corporate, as well, considering that this isn’t the first time Scott Dion has been rude to customers for no reason. I would like to point out that the owner, Raymond, was kind and polite when I interacted with him.

Came to this store to pack and ship my late mother's set of china back to Nova Scotia. EVERYTHING arrived perfectly intact! I'm so happy with the job they did! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Service is good. Was a bit of wait because of the line up and also only one person working behind the counter.
It also serves as a small business centre, so can come here for photo copies and more. Place is clean and well kept.

I've had a box at the UPS store on Cambie for several years. The service from Scott and Raymond is excellent and I never miss a package. So well worth the cost.

Your customer service representative, Scott, is an absolutely appalling individual who needs to learn about customer service. We spent $600 to ship our packages and drop them off at this point - he told us he had no room, but proceeded to accept three more packages from other individuals. He then said get out, when this was mentioned and threatened to call the police for trespassing. He was unhelpful and belligerent, he yelled and even lied saying UPS was no longer picking up packages, even though at another drop point they said that was completely not true. This man does not deserve a job serving the public and should really get his attitude checked.

I have been here 3 times to do printing and shipping and the guy behind the counter is friendly and professional and super helpful. He makes it an easy process to ship goods. I listen to how he is also helpful with all customers that come in when I am there. I wished he also worked for Canada Post as some of their assistants are not helpful at all.

The staff member we encountered was unhelpful, dismissive and rude. We're senior citizens and new to Vancouver. We walked to this business from home, attempting to pick up a UPS package after getting an InfoNotice that it was at this store. The man at the counter told us the package had been 'returned to the driver' as we had not picked it up in time, though the InfoNotice I was holding was dated just two days earlier. He said he did not work for UPS and told us to contact UPS Customer Service about it if we had questions. This from a gent wearing a UPS logo'd shirt, accessing a UPS computer terminal, standing in a storefront whose entire street facing front is emblazoned "UPS Store". I get the whole franchise versus company store concept, but he was transparently using this excuse to blow us off and prevent having to expend the calories needed to help us. We left bewildered, hiked the 2km back to our apartment, and spent the next hour on the phone and UPS website figuring out how to fix a problem which I'm sure he could have handled at his counter in 2 minutes if he had had even a modicum of decency. If you are elderly, new to the area, or think you might need any type of UPS customer service I would think twice before visiting this place. If you are UPS, please note this guy is miserable and tarnishes your reputation through his behavior.

The man behind the counter showed me all the prices for overnight shipping right off his computer screen so I knew I was getting the right price and I could choose the best value.

I had to do an international shipment of 5 boxes, and had a great experience at this UPS store. Raymond provided excellent service - he helped seal the boxes, was prompt with the pickup and did an efficient and thorough job of the paperwork. He also had more knowledge about the customs documentation that international shipments need, as compared to most shipping stores I have come across. The prices were extremely reasonable as well. I highly recommend this UPS store

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I walked into the store with a friend and I asked the associate behind the counter if I could use the computer to print a few documents in black and white. Once finished I went to pay, the price seemed a little steep for 5 pages but I didn’t question it. I then looked at my documents and I was missing several pages from one document and the other document had printed twice. I told the associate that that wasn’t what I had done on the computer (I know how to print just one copy) and he rudely said that I am the one in control and it’s not his problem. I told him I didn’t want to pay for color copies and that I didn’t want to pay for a duplicate of a document and he again said it wasn’t his problem and walked away to help another customer. So I went to print the missing pages of the other document and when he handed them to me he said to pay another. 90cents and I told him that I didn’t want to pay for the missing pages when he already charged me for an extra copy of one document and for color copies when I had asked for black and white. I mean he could’ve come to the computer to show me how to change it from color to black and white. He handed me the last print job and said to leave and never come back. My friend and I were astonished by this man’s lack of professionalism and his rude demeanour. I have spoken to family members who have also said on occasion he has been short and rude. Don’t go to this location if you want to be ripped off and rudely spoken to.

Rude, unfriendly, unhelpful. Went to pick up an insured, tracked package. Was told that the package was not there despite having an email from UPS with delivery confirmation. The owner said "too bad, it's not here, and I don't know where it is", threw (literally THREW) a piece of paper with a UPS customer service phone number on it at me, and said "I don't work for UPS, I'm a franchisee so I'm not responsible. " THE WORST customer service in the city. Two people behind me in line said they knew it was always terrible and it was so bad and unreliable here that they ended up getting boxes so their packages got delivered direct and they didn't have to deal with the owner anymore. UPS should be embarrassed and ashamed that this man is representing their company.

Scott is racist and rude especially to seniors and the handicapped. DO NOT support this franchise. UPS please take your name off this sad excuse for a business.

Not overly friendly but efficient. I have used them to ship overseas a few times and found them easy to deal with.
