WARNING!

Absolute scam company and horrendous service, complete bait and switch with the expectation you will just pay the extra charges after the fact

Recently brought in 2 heavier items, both myself and the buyer phoned in and confirmed about pricing beforehand with the dimensions as well as shipping address they were going to. They gave me an estimate and said it may be a little more or a little less but would be roughly that.

Brought the items in and they mentioned they needed a day to box everything up and then could give me the final invoice.

No call the next day so called in the following day and the price jumped 150% to upwards of $1000, so the buyer was no longer interested and I have no way of getting these items back home. They are fully expecting you to just pay their price after giving a beyond inaccurate estimate.

Avoid these clowns like the plague and hire a real reputable company. Shady business tactics but an equally shady business owner.

Fantastic service from Jaz (I think that was her name). WOW. She was SO efficient, helpful, amazing. Clearly a superstar performer. UPS is lucky to have her. I will definitely skip the post office from now on and come here.

Unbelievable how frustrated I am. This place is a joke. It has happened twice that a UPS driver did not even ring my bell or call my cell, they just left a note saying “sorry we missed you, your package will be ready tomorrow after 1pm at this access point”. That is was a week ago. I keep going back and they say “the driver must have taken it back to the delta sorting warehouse” if that is the case, why leave a tag on my door saying I can pick it up at the access point? !

BE AWARE! I sent a package almost 2 months ago for a 2 day delivery and they refused to refund me, claiming some nonsense that it's UPS fault, and UPS blames the refund on them for not filling on time.
Bottom line I am out $122 for shipping costs and almost $300 for the value of the item.
DO NOT USE IT'S EXTREMELY RISKY!

The sign says hours they open at 9am. Not today I guess. Running a retail business is tough and I respect anyone who takes on that challenge. However if you take the challenge on, respect your customers and show up on time. Otherwise you are disrespecting yourself, your business and ultimately your customers.

Was going to let this one slide.but.the woman is something else. She appears to not know how to discern "situations". She refused 3 IDs including a passport (despite phoning in the day before) as I'd recently moved and not updated my license address. After all the fuss and managing to convincing her that it was indeed "me" on the 3 id's - she did not even bother to take my signature for the package! So much for adhering to protocol.
