Yeah definitely understand why this place has such a low rating. Avoid this location at all costs, incompetent, rude employees with no interest in doing their jobs. Genuinely worst service ever at a UPS location.

Customer service is terrible. The front person kept cutting me off while I was talking and walked away while I was talking as well. Your employees are the face of your company! Do better!

I also had a bad experience, when the lady was halfway through serving me, the phone rang, she answered it and left me standing there, while she proceeded to serve the person on the phone.when she got back to me, a customer came in, and started asking her questions, again, she abandoned me, and stopped to answer questions. At that point I told her she needed to finish serving me, before anyone else. That was when she seemed to be having trouble with her printer, and she told me she could not print my label. I left the store in frustration, I will never return again. I have been doing business with Ups for years, never, have I ever seen that kind of service, Imagine my surprise, when I asked for the managers name, and she told me she was the owner. This reflects bad on Ups, who got a reputation to uphold. Stay away from this store.

I went to store to return some item. I didn't close the boxes because I was not sure about the label which would stay outside. I asked the guy for help.he was very rude.he was watching videos on his phone and he was totally ignoring me that I am seeking for help.
Very bad experience with staff. He ruined my day with his bad attitude

I saw the abundance of bad reviews and felt as a consumer there’s some clarifying to do. Everyone’s complaining about packages not arriving but I can’t be mad at this franchise owner, it’s not their fault my package hasn’t arrive as this is just a pick up facility as far as I’m concerned. Lady on the phone was nice and straight to the point. If your package is stuck, these guys aren’t the ones to blame or review bomb, call up UPS or the customer centre.

I tried to return a package to sender. The UPS site says to bring the package into UPS unopened and it will be returned. The Abbotsford UPS store refused to take the parcel. I've been to this location a few times and always seem to have issues

Ups is actually trash, I paid extra to get it sooner and instead it's longer? Why that doesn't make sense, I'm severely disappointed with my service and I don't get this disappointed often. So cheesed and ups is cheeks 0.01/10

Nothing is bad than UPS in Canada. Poor service. Waiting for my package from last 15 days. Have visited 3 times to UPs distribution centre for my package. Still they don't know where is my package. Is it with Driver or In office. Extremely Frustrating

This store has " LOST " my packages twice now. They have a tendency to dismiss the severity of this and corporate UPS has been updated on ALL parties involved.
The Owner and employees which include the UPS driver are under investigation.

This store is soooooooo bad! So I called and they said it would be 8 cents per page to print, then they changed it to 9, then 10, then 12, then finally 14. They also said to come early so that they know I'm being legit about printing everything. So I arrive, then they say I can come back in 15 minutes and it will be done. When I come back 15 minutes later, they say they will start printing soon. On another occasion, they tried to charge me $29 for standard shipping of 16 pages to Chicago. Lastly, I called in advance, and they said it would be $250 to ship my belongings to the US. But when I get to the store, it's $400. Then when the package arrived, they said they want another $40 USD for it to be received, which is about 15% extra!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE. THE LADY AT THE STORE WAS SO IGNORANT AND DIDN'T KNOW WHAT SHE NEEDS TO DO. I HAD TO DROP OFF SOME BOXES FOR A NEXT DAY AIR SHIPMENT TO USA. UPS CUSTOMER SERVICE TOLD ME TO DROP OFF THE BOXES AT THE LOCAL UPS STORE SO I DROPPED THESE OFF THERE. SHE ASKED ME TO PAY $1100 SHIPPING CHARGES AT THE STORE. I SAID TO HER THAT THEY ARE GOING ON OUR ACCOUNT AND SHE CAN PUT THE CHARGES ACCORDINGLY AS PER THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHE SAYS THAT EITHER I CAN PAY THE CHARGES AT THE STORE OR THEY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE IF DOESN'T GET DELIVERED ON TIME OR YOU CAN CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE IF SOMETHING HAPPENS, IT WON'T BE OUR REPONSIBILITY. I TOLD HER THAT YOU ARE ALL UPS SO WHY DOES IT MATTER. MAKE SURE TO PUT THESE ON THE EXPRESS SHIPMENT TRUCK SO IT MAKES TO THE AIRPORT BUT MY SHIPMENT DIDN'T MAKE THE SERVICE. TODAY, I CALLED THIS STORE AND AS I EXPECTED, THEY SAID THE SAME THING. IT'S NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY, ITS JUST DROP OFF LOCATION. YOU NEED TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ASK THEM WHY IT DIDN'T MAKE THE AIRPORT IN TIME. I AM SO DISAPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED AS MY CUSTOMER WAS EXPECTING THIS TO BE DELIVERED THIS AM AND IT DIDN'T MAKE IT BECAUSE OF UPS'S LOUSY SERVICE. -0 STAR RATING FOR THIS STORE. This is the worst UPS. The people working here have absolutely no idea what they're doing and make basic things very frustrating. I would recommend going to another location. It isn't worth your time.

I didn't think I could be frustrated with a company more than Canada Post, but UPS has been proving me wrong. Twice now I've asked to have packages delivered to the UPS store and I get confirmations that it has done then, but then my packages still get delivered to my landlords door. At least this time it got brought to the back door like I had requested, but what's the point of asking to bring it to the ups store if they aren't going to? I even called customer service and she confirmed it was at the store and it was not. So frustrating.

Not sure what all the negative reviews here are about, but here's my 2 cents.

They were perfectly happy to have me mail, quite literally, an entire apartment worth of belongings to their store when I moved here from Ottawa. Didn't even bat an eye, and were super helpful when I arrived in making sure I had time to grab it all in one day.

I also had to get a bunch of documents printed, on multiple days, for job interviews, and they always multitasked so they could get my documents printed and continue assisting the other customers at the same time.

Only downside is they have pretty short Sunday hours, at least during Covid, but that's a nitpick, really.

Small business owner that has dealt primarily with this UPS STORE for 5 years. The staff here has always been helpful, courteous and polite in any given circumstance. They even call me if there is any problem with a pick up and delivery to ensure I am always informed. This is a store and these guys are not the UPS couriers and as a storefront operation they are great at service. They do however need to expedite box repairs when seen in a compromised state as this takes one request too many these boxes should be in pristine state all day every day.

I’ve only dropped off packages to send so I cannot comment on their delivery service.
The lady that works here is kind and easy to deal with.

Horrible and slow service. But the fax machine is more accessible than across the street at Staples.
