Great location for me in downtown Vancouver BC. Staff always manage to be helpful with a smile. Appreciate there advice on all matters for parcel handling. My “virtual mailbox” excellent for those big parcels. 5 stars.

The UPS staff person Harmeen was extremely slow. She let people cut in line ahead of others for no reason and was moving at a snail's pace even though there were six people in line. She kept making mistakes with people wanting passport photos.

Service used to be good, but a few months ago it started declining. The employees are annoyed when I ask for tracking number. Now my documents are stuck in the warehouse and they just say there is nothing they can do, they are not responsible and don't know what is happening. I agree with comments from other customers, this is very disorganized and not the good service they used to have.

Never go with them the worst service i have ever seen. I had express shipment but still didn’t received my parcel after 8 days

There is always busy due to excellent customer service. In my opinion it worth it to wait to receive the best service.
Besides the Ups service, they do print, fax and some small sections for necessary stationery to buy. The gentleman who is running the store is so patient and kind.
Highly recommend it.

I paid overnight express shipping and was told my package would make it to destination by next day, the package ended up being held for 28 days and I received no help or assistance from UPS store after calling, emailing and visiting store in person several times even though the main reason for the delay is that they forgot to include paperwork. I had to waste my own time calling UPS every single day at least 3 times where additionally no one could help me or give a reason why my package was not moving and ended up finally receiving the package back a month later. I received package back and shipped with fedex and it arrived at location in less than 24 hours. Would never recommend!

If I could give 0 starts I would do it, one of the worst experiences in my life, both the store and UPS, I went there last Monday to send some urgen documents, I was told and CHARGE for the expedited service, the lady told me that it would be in the destination on Wednesday, proceed to charge but didn’t give me the tracking number, told me that since there was a lot of people she was going to process it later, so I left trusting the sore and this young lady, so Wednesday arrived and no package it was delay because the Ing or atino the store put was incomplete, I called the store but nobody was willing to help me, I spoke to the manager and he told me that he was going to take care of it and call me back, which never happens, I spend several hours on the phone with UPS but the answers was “just wait”…. So after a complete week the documents finally arrived, so they charge me for a service they are not even close to do, this is my las time using UPS, and for sure I will never go back to this store. So if you want a currier service DONT use this location, they are going to over charge you and waste your time.

I made sure to have my package submitted before the daily send out cut off time, paid extra for a Monday delivery, only to have them ship it to Winnipeg (the actual delivery city) and then proceed to send it to Montreal. They still had almost a whole business day to correct their error, and they were completely unapologetic that they were at fault and had no desire to do anything to rectify the situation. Not the first time this has happened to me with UPS. The one person that tried in any way was Sukh, the representative in store at the location I dropped off the package. Her call center colleagues were just as dismissive and unhelpful with her, but
she was patient, kind
and persistent in her efforts to help in trying to figure out HOW to get it there on time.not if, but how. Her efforts alone are the only thing that made this delivery happen. The store and it's employees continually provide outstanding service, but as soon as a package leaves the store, the rest of the delivery service and company departments along with it are unreliable, unapologetic, and a prime example of what total disregard for customers looks like. It's a shame that the individual location is being utterly let down by the rest of the company.

Stay away from this place. Makes mistakes and doesn’t do anything to resolve them. If you want to lose your stuff then ship stuff here.

There is a wonderful young woman that works here. I have been the recipient of her AMAZING customer service! I know that her name starts with an S? I'll edit this review and add it! My packages arrive as promised always in a timely manner.
Since discovering this location and the stellar service. I refuse to use Canada Post office except for stamps! Thanks

An org I volunteer for has a mailbox at the UPS store. For many years, this was fine. They forwarded the mail to a forwarding address on a set schedule. In 2021-2022, something has changed. They will not answer their phone or respond to emails. They will not send us our mail. I am not sure what to do, as we have tried to report them to UPS Corporate with no success.

Sent a package overnight critical and it took 3 days to arrive, the staff is incompetent at this location. Go somewhere else.

The two young women who manage the store on Saturday were both rude and unprofessional. UPS, please do better with both hiring and training.

Just called the store at 13: 30 on Thursday and the guy who picked up the phone was very very rude.

I did speak to the guy, I was asking for some information.
I told him that I wanted to check if maybe my package was with Ups or another company.
So I told him the first 3 numbers of trucking number he answered very rude sayn that the is USPS not UPS
And I told him that that’s not the way to talk to a costumer, I needed info not someone to scream on the phone! Is this a misunderstanding?

There is a $15 set-up fee for mailbox rental that was not communicated when I enquired before visiting the store.

Otherwise, the store is in a good location and the mailbox is accessible 24x7.

This is my favorite UPS store thus far. Clean, organized, always friendly and efficient staff. Makes sending and receiving packages a breeze. Has a little station to sanitize hands as well.

They’re very helpful and were thoughtful of my working hours! There was a guy i think his name was Jed agreed to stay past closing hours by few minutes for me to pick my order! Great job

The workers are kind and if you bring the opened boxes which are already used, they'll taping it again.

Such a great location right across town that run house Community Center. Plus they have everything from printing to mail boxes to shipping do internet photocopying. And I love it because it's family-owned and operated

When i call a big firm i expect a knowledgeable employee to answer the phone, someone who is looking for solutions not to make problems.

Today we had to ship some unusually large boxes and the staff at this ups location were outstanding! Manpreet provided exceptional service, we will be back in the future.

I live in the United States, and recently worked with the manager, Param, and his staff over phone to ship an item that I had left behind on a visit to Vancouver. Param was great at communicating with me and went out of his way to make the process of shipping the item back to me (which involved customs forms, special packaging instructions, etc.) as easy as I could possibly imagine.

I come to this location often to print my business cards. They have lots of options and styles available. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I am very grateful for the team!

The staff at UPS Store 209 in Yaletown Rock. No matter the request, I find the staff courteous, efficient and creative. They are always patient and helpful and quick to point out the most cost-efficient way to get the job done. It’s always a pleasure to drop into the store.
