Whistler Fireplace assisted us in selecting the best wood burning fireplace for our space and budget. The install process was quick, friendly service and left no mess behind. We are extremely happy with the end result, this is one of our favourite investments in our home!

Richard and team were a pleasure to work with. We had a warranty issue and he came to rectify it immediately. His team was courteous and respectful while working in our home.

No review of their product or service however a vehicle (electric Mustang) with their logo and name was very aggressive in traffic. Not someone who I would do business with.

Their driver tailgaited us while we were speeding in dangerous conditions. I wouldnt give them any business.

We have to give Whistler Fireplace a mixed review. Overall, we are happy with the fireplace that we selected. However, the experience dealing with them was disappointing and frustrating because the communication and service were poor. They appear to be too busy; disorganized and customer satisfaction didn’t seem important.

The process was not always easy and many adjustments were needed.
Richard is knowledgeable and obliging and Emma was great.
The gas stove we wanted had a long delivery and Richard found us an alternative, a great stove.
LOPI Greenfield Cast Iron Stove MV, 40,000 BTUs, Heats 2,000 Sq. Ft.designed and built in Mukilteo, Washington.
Than we found out that the main beam in the garage of the house had to be replaced. The area became a major construction site crawling with other contractors.
The Whistler Fireplace Company agreed to build the stove in two stages, the first to assemble and install the stove, away from the construction and months later when construction was finished run the gas lines, connect and test the stove. There was no extra charge for the delay.
The stove works great but we did not get a printed manual. We can download it from the web and print it ourselves, but we would like to have a printed manual, if it exists.
The gas line is done well everywhere except the garage ceiling floor. It works well, but looks messy. But on the other hand it is only a garage.

All staff were friendly, cooperative, knowledgeable and responsive. Installation was on the promised date a d efficient. I highly recommend them.
