White's staff have been nothing but accommodating, friendly, and professional. I would recommend White's without hesitation.

I really like this place, the staff are terrific, friendly, and truly take the time to answer all your questions or concerns. Not to mention their selection is second to none, they always seem to have just what you need! I can't highly recommend this place enough, Just give this place a try for yourself!

Very knowledgeable! Paul was so kind to help us troubleshoot our gas fireplace on Xmas eve. Of course things happen at the worst possible times so we were so appreciative. Thank you again Paul! We recently had Paul come hook up our bbq. He was able to come hook up the bbq on short notice, and he was super knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I would recommend Whites bbq to anyone!

I went into White’s BBQ on August. 2,2022 to ask about hooking up a fire table to the natural gas supply on our balcony. Their gas fitter, Sven, talked to me like everyone on the planet should know everything about gas hookups. He made me feel like a child. I was not impressed. It was not cool and not ok. A colleague of his (that was working in the same office as his) was with us at the time. I believe he felt some of what I was feeling as well. I prefer respectful adult to adult communication that understands that I’m coming in without knowledge. I am there to acquire the knowledge in a kind and customer-friendly manner. It makes me not want to return in the future. I will look for another store for my BBQ needs.

Probably the worst customer service you can get. They won’t even deal with warranty issues on products they sell.

The guy there helped me with some parts to fix my BBQ, and even showed me around the new bbq's for when the embarrassing grill that I still use finally completely falls apart. I'll be back for sure.

Great service and selection. Purchased some replacement parts for my Broil King bbq. I was happy that they had the parts I needed in stock and there pricing was more than fair.

Well the website is atrocious.with covid, traffic, road conditions and whatever else makes you wanna shop from home.its dam near impossible with their completely useless website!

if they cant offer purchasing online, ok thats all good! But it would at least be nice to see their selection online, rather than Drive all the way down there just to find out they don't have anything I'm interested in purchasing… In all honesty, that would make me hate the place and never wanna come back anyways. THUMBS DOWN

The family ran business has navigated troublesome times with Covid. They've kept me updated, informed and provided alternatives when necessary. I look forward to having them as my go-to BBQ store.

*update* Poor customer service. Ordered a BBQ over four weeks ago. Still no word, no contact from Whites. Contacted them and worker stated we were on waiting list despite the fact we confirmed order prior to buying the BBQ. Do not recommend shopping local if this is the customer service. Rona and Home Depot both carry all the models. Finally heard from a salesman today. No explanation but they did refund our money. Would have rather had the BBQ. Oh well back to the big box stores.

What a good group of guys! Found what we have searching for in a BBQ and it was relatively painless.but not free! Lol.
